Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Monroe

Went to this location on Glenwood Drive in West Monroe to pick up a door dash order. When asked, the employee name was Chloe. She was Very rude. This young lady looked me dead in my face and continued to work (they were not even that busy). When you’re working and maybe busy, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS and let them know “I’ll be with you as soon as I can” or something . This girl looked me dead in my face as I stood there for about 5 mins or so. Then another nice young man came up (remind you I was already standing there before anyone walked up), Chloe had him going to the order window first to wait on the Caucasian man. This girl couldn’t even apologize or say it was a misunderstanding & had the nerves to be smirking like something was funny when I mentioned what had just happened. Very rude & not a friendly employee. What happened to customer service? The other employees at the other location are always nice. Chloe needs some professionalism and customer...

This place looks great from the outside. I've never seen a chick-fil-a with a walk up ordering window like they had here. This restaraunt was on a busy ,traffic wise, corner near the exit /on ramp for I-20. We were traveling and stopped in for a couple orders of chicken strips. Back in AL a visit even with 2 dozen cars ahead of you takes only 15 minutes or so at the longest despite the order placed, but here we waited a fairly lengthy time (we were asked to pull ahead and wait ) when there were no cars ahead of us and only 1 or 2 behind us. It was drizzling rain out and on the 20th of December so maybe they were short staffed? Again loved the idea and presentation of the walk up window and the outside eating area in light of covid and all, just disappointed in the delay of service especially since we had a long drive still...

This location is a drive-thru and walk-up location only, and the parking lot is not very well configured for the setup.

We had to wait a long time for anyone to come to the window to take our order, and also a long time for the food and drinks to be delivered. The scanner didn't work to scan the code in the app for rewards and no receipt was provided (I thought I saw them put it in the bag but didn't realize it was napkins until on the road).

The two staff members I interacted with were friendly, which could have potentially salvaged an extra star or two on the rating. However, the coffee was lukewarm, and worse, had grounds in it which had me spitting into a napkin driving down the interstate.
