We went today July 27th, at 1230 in the afternoon. We ordered chips and salsa they brought 1 order of chips and salsa with 1 salsa for a table of 6, 2 separate parties that ordered chips and salsa. We then ordered, I ordered 6 chicken crisper tossed in Buffalo and my wife ordered a bacon avocado chicken sandwich. We received our orders and the chicken was not tossed in Buffalo so I let the server know. They then took my order to the kitchen to sauce and after 15 mins I then asked about my chicken too which the server replied they sauced in BBQ I believe so they had too remake my order. My wife also noticed her sandwich had no avocado and it's literally advertised as an avocado sandwich. The server went to retrieve some avocado and come back and stated we are out of avocado but we have guacamole. I then stated to the server my wife ordered corn also and they explained it was an upcharge, however she was OK with that but we did not get her corn. I then stated to the server you all must have a piss poor management team to which she stated she is in kitchen. The server then called for a lady named Shay to which this lady came to my table and stated did you call for a manager to which I replied no and then voiced my concerns. She ten stated I am not a piss poor manager and started to argue after we had watched 4 different folks walk out. She ten hollered stating I am going to help my team in the kitchen with multiple complaining customers and numerous dirty tables. I have personally been In restaurant management for 11 years and she is a very poor excuse for a manager and has just enough personality to be in the kitchen washing dishes. This business needs a lot of work and definitely some new management. I can say we will not be back to patronize this business and I will also let everyone I know how this particular business is ran. Read moreI have had great service with the take out, but since they have reopened don't go. I stood up front waiting to be seated for at least 20 minutes, there we're no other customers standing with me, no host to greet you. Finally got seated, another 15 minutes finally got my drink ordered and when it arrived it was supposed to be Sprite but tasted like alka seltzer. She took my order which I did make substitutions because I wanted different potatoes. She didn't write any of it down so I knew and I was right it was wrong. I was so tired of all of the waiting so I just kept the food she brought. Oh not finished yet, best part. I asked for my to go box, she brought that straight away. Waited another 20 minutes she didn't come back, I was paying with cash so I had to give it to her in person. So I stopped another waitress and told her I need to pay but I have no way to pay. So she took my money and said she would give it to her. Get this, it took 30 minutes to get my change back. She finally came running back and said she forgot completely about it. She only remembered because i had to ask the host to remind her. Lord Jesus you do not ever tell a customer that. Your job is to take care of your customers not forget about them. Also the ribs we're so dry and overcooked, I was looking forward to those ribs, I had some a few weeks ago and they were great. Y'all need to just keep the drive up open if this is how your customers are going to be treated. Trust me, it just wasn't me it was happening to. Read moreI love chilis but was highly disappointed this time at the one i’m west monroe, la. we waited for over an hr for our food never got the drinks we ordered then they tried to charge us for them. then our waiter charger each meal we got double on the ticket then left our table without telling us and went to work at a table of 25. so then we had no one serving us. before he left us he said that our food would be out in a few minutes and gave us 2 receipts and told us we only had to pay $16 for the drinks we ordered since everything took over an hr to come out.I then waived down the hostess and told her we need our food now or we will pay for what we have now and leave. she went back to the kitchen and had our food out within 5 minutes. we were there a total of almost 2 hrs. the hostess called for the manager over to take off the extra stuff that was put on there. we were still charged for everything even tho the waiter told us we wouldn’t be but of course he was no where to be found when this happened. i don’t mind paying for food that i ordered or i wouldn’t have went out but was real upset when we were told by one person that we didn’t have to pay for everything due to the wait and then was told by another we had to. i understand if you are under staffed but if you are that under staffed then stop taking customers. just highly disappointed regarding the lack of communication and good...
