McDonald's — Restaurant in West Monroe

Short chubby girl at the drive-thru Monday July 17th. 2017 is extremely rude!! Did not know how to teach the new girl at the inside register's how to ring up food using an online coupon. Was made to feel "sub-standard" by "her" standards. My wife was walking away from the drink machine and the drive thru girl, who obviously had better things to do than handle her drive thru, stopped my wife​ apparently to see if she had water in her cup? It must have been a big deal to her to because she was talking to the new girl working the inside register asking her if I got a water cup? I guess she must not drink water? Oh but there was plenty of water shooting from the hose run across the drive thru give every car in line a free carwash under and across their hoods. The new girl "because she told me she was new" watched me walk my three year old son into their restroom to the point she leaned over the counter as I walked out of view and looked over to watch me open the door. The Men's restroom was completely filthy I had to takey son into. There was what looked like chewed up food that had been smeared with a mop and dried there so you know it had been there for awhile. The only toilet paper was an almost empty roll sitting in the restroom floor I had to get clean paper off the best I could to clean my son. Absolutely disgusting to have to try and keep your son's butt from touching a nasty restroom seat and he doesn't understand why? Food was nasty! Both my chicken sandwiches they did not have the "Artisan Buns.". Fries were soggy and gross! Drink area left nowhere for me to sit my drink that wasn't nasty. With as slow as they were when we walked in only one family of four inside seems like someone would have cleaned that nasty lobby up... With all the choices to eat this will not be one of ours, PERIOD! Will not visit this...

Took over 30mins for food because it got lost. It was like 32$ worth of food. How does one not notice that. The store manager sucks. She could at least act like she cares considering I asked for at least something because i mentioned it had been 30mins I got 1 person with hypoglycemia and 2 kids like just give me the fries. Instead u rather argue on whether it got taken out or not but look check it out it DID get taken out...to a RANDOM freaking table. You may ask yourself where was my table tent? It was lost because I had 3 drink from the drink station and took them to my people cane back for my table tent at the drink station and boom it was gone. And the cashier had no clue what happened to it....ik what happened to it they took it cleaning in those few seconds and gave it to someone else that fast and it was too late to get the tent because someone was using it again already. So I had to use a workers receipt and stick it to a window because both workers didnt know how to reprint a receipt. Little did I know the worker receipt they gave me was the one they needed to know what was going on ig idk anymore. I never spent so long in a McDonald's and hated every...

Came in today about 8:45AM and used my points for a large caramel frappe. I would like to add the young lady with the glasses at the register was sweet to us. Today, they barely put any caramel drizzle on my drink and I asked if they could add a little more. The manager Mary, proceeded to debate with me and did not want to honor my request and walked off. She acted like I asked for a ridiculous request. She said it’s supposed to be shaped in a M and it’s barely that. This is my first time hearing this. She seemed as though she didn’t want to be bothered and I left confused about the “M” part. Adding the other picture for a comparison reference to my drink. It’s how they drizzle a frappe any other time, except today I guess. The other picture does not have a “M” drizzle either.
