I usually love this store but the caniac meal has gotten way to pricey. This visit we had an employee who while sounding polite at the drive thru ordering turned out to be in more of a hurry the service mood than listen to your customers order to be complete before giving a total and signing off. I worked fast food since age 15 from a high school part timer to include 30 years of store management in several types of fast food resturants. So when I say this I don't mean it to sound bad against the whole store but this employee will do well to remember that these customers she is in such a hurry to the seem speedy service type, (although there were only 3 vehicles in line and still 30 minutes or so before lunch really picked up, ) she needs to understand how rude it is to assume all orders are the same and actually listen to them to complete it before cutting them off. SWEETIE, THESE PEOPLE YOU THINK YOUR MOVING SO QUICKLY TO SEEM LIKE QUICK SERVICE TO ARE THE ONLY REASON YOU ARE GETTING A PAYCHECK!!!! WITHOUT THEM, YOUR JOB DOESNT EXIST, AND WHEN YOU ARE FOCUSING ONLY ON SPEED OF SERVICE, WHILE AWESOME, YOU NEED TO REALIZE THAT IT NOT ONLY TAKES LONGER BY CUTTING THEM SHORT, MEANING THEY WILL BE FRUSTRATED AND TAKE MORE TIME REPEATING THEMSELVES THAN IF YOU HAD JUST BEEN CURTEOUS ENOUGH TO LISTEN UNTIL THEY FINISH. I PROMISE ITS A WIN/WIN PLEASE NOTE THAT IM ONLY SPEAKING MAINLY ABOUT THE ONE EMPLOYEE AND SHE WAS OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE MASTERED THE ART OF BEING ABLE TO LISTEN WELL AND HAVE A GOOD ATTENTION SPAN. I USUALLY HAVE ALL AROUND GOOD TIMELY SERVICE HERE BUT I WANTED TO MAKE THIS POINT. I HAD A DEEP CUT TO MY EYE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND WE STOPPED ON THE HOME FROM THE EYE DOCTOR. IT WAS HARD ENOUGH BEING IN A GOOD DEAL OF PAIN AND HAVING TO RIDE WITH MY EYES CLOSED BUT WHEN SHE JUST LITERALLY DIDNT HAVE TIME OR CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER IT REALLY WAS JUST EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING THAT I HAD TO HAVE MY HUSBAND TRY 4 TIMES TO GET HER ATTENTION AS SHE CUT US OFF BEFORE FINISHING, BUT SHE WOULDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE WE WERE TRYING TO TELL HER WE WERE NOT FINISHED ORDERING. PEOPLE, YOU CAN NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN EVERY CUSTOMERS DAY BUT BASIC LISTENING SKILLS AND THE COURTESY TO STOP AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB TRULY GOES A LONG WAY!!! I REALLY AM NOT MAD, I WAS JUST MORE TAKEN BACK BY HER LACK OF RESECT. IM SURE WE CANT HAVE BEEN THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THAT WERE BEWILDERED BY HER LACK OF CONCERN FOR HER JOB.
IT REALLY AMOUNTS TO THIS... IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB, IT SHOWS!! IF YOU DONT LOVE WHAT YOU DO, THEN DONT BE THERE!! IT DOESNT REALLY MATTER WHAT JOB YOU HAVE, YOU WONT HAVE IT OR A PAYCHECK IF YOU ARE OBLIVIOUS TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Read moreVisited this location on 10/1/22 during lunch it was busy and didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes in drive thru. Food was very fresh, customer service was A+! Very impressed, so decided for lunch again on 10/3/22 I would visit again. I got the same exact meal. Box-No slaw-Extra fries(NO SALT). Today however I was very disappointed with what I was given. I got to my location and I called the store, spoke with a manager named MIA or MIYAH, I politely informed her that when you double dip fries back in grease IT DOSENT REMOVE THE SALT. My food today had to be thrown away and waste of money and time. Reason for throwing it away is because the manager told me “she was actually dropping the food, she also told me that the crew member FORGOT TO CHANGE HIS GLOVES… now I was disgusted because I didn’t know exactly what she meant. I also explained to her that my tenders, bread were not even hot. The fries were full of grease, dark brown and had SALT! Instead of apologizing and accepting the wrong that was done she proceeded to be defensive. I just ended the call, lastly she asked if I wanted to come get a fresh remake. To which I declined number one, it should have been made to my request in the first place, secondly it should have been your first choice to apologize and offer a replacement. Read moreI eat at raisin canes a lot, and I do mean a lot, I loves raisin canes, lol, so I decided to apply there cause I love it so much and I was a few minutes late to the interview?yes, but I also emailed ahead of time to let them know I was on my way. The young lady at the counter had the upmost respect when I let her knew I was there for an interview, but the gentleman I’m guessing he’s the manager, and not the one I was interviewing with was so rude I was talking to the young lady letting her know I was there for an interview, and he talked over me saying there not interested, I said well I contacted ahead of time, he said well, we’re not interested you was supposed to be here at 10:45 it’s 10:50 we’re not interested. I just left out and I will not be eating at canes anymore!!! He was so Rude to me for no apparent reason, it wasn’t my fault that he didn’t have good communication skills, and I’m not putting the blame on anyone, but he needs to learn manners.
