Green Shell — Restaurant in West New York

I have been getting food from this place since they opened. There are new owners now and I want to share with the public how rude we were treated. We ordered three items and we were quatedThis is not how good people btw who order at least two hundred dollars worth of food a month should be treated. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been two times I call and have ordered from here where they mess up the order but after the second time. I had to call back to get it fix. Instead I’m greeted with “oh you never said no vegetables. No you didn’t” and a continuation of yes and no going back and forth to change one small order. Whoever the young woman is I’m sorry you hate your job as the person who takes orders but clear your ears and pay attention instead of trying to take orders on the phone and in person at the same time. I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this hell hole ever again! It took 35 minutes for them to deliver a bag full of food and didn't put in sweet and sour sauce for my SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN. 35 minutes for a full bag of food and it took them an HOUR to deliver my sweet and sour sauce!
