Mercado Urbano — Local services in West New York

This super market is very terrible, they charge very high prices besides the terrible customer treatment they have. How come I got a lot of stuff and the cashier put everything in a single and refused to double it. When I asked for double bags she gave me an attitude. Moreover, when I complained to the manager he didn’t care which it’s so overwhelming. Ultimately, I realized that the cashier takes advantage since she’s the girlfriend of the manager that always comes to her side instead of the customers side. This place doesn’t deserve this rating since they ask their employees to write reviews about them. Please don’t go to this place you will get a terrible experience. Today I pass by Mercado Urbano to buy ground meat. The server name Mario was very rude to begin with. I order the ground meat and ground chickens was in meat and i tell him. His answer was "what do you want me to do clean it because your special" does he even know that chickens can cause salmonella. He can get someone sick. The owner of this place has to pay more attention to workers plus if he is not happy with his job then he should fine something he is happy with.. It's a shane to I always come here to buy every single day now i won't return to this place.....

This place has been great to grab last minute groceries if you are ever missing an ingredient or two. However, the smell of rotting meat in the back of the store is becoming unbearable! There is clearly something bad rotting back there. I can't believe management hasn't addressed it. Now I understand what it's like to be Jeffrey Dahmer's neighbor. And shame on the WNY health department for not closing this place down! The rot will spread to the produce and get everyone sick, if it hasn't already. Unfortunately, I will be shopping...
