This is by far the worst customer service and dominos establishment thus far.
First, this isn’t the first, second, or third time that a mistake or mistreatment has happened. Ever single time I have placed an order for delivery they either deliver 2+ hrs late or don’t deliver at all.
I will surpass the full details of my previous experiences but they have included:
-received someone else’s order -order not updated in 1+ hour and was told I had to pick it up while my delivery charge was never refunded -2+ wait time for delivery orders placed did not reflect delivery
Tonight, my patience has run out…
Placed an order at 11:38 PM. It is now 1:30 AM and my order states it has been complete. I called the store multiple times because they seem to NEVER answer the phones.
The assistant manager advised that the driver had came to the address and had called multiples times and left the order. I have no missed calls and no one attempted to make a delivery to my home. ( I have a camera hence your lies are just lies) Miraculously the driver then walked into the store back with my order and the story changed from being delivered and left at the front door to being brought back to the store by the driver due to lack of response and it’s my fault. This is laughable, if your going to lie then stick to one story.
I then proceeded to ask why this situation happened and he answered “short staffed” what does being short staffed have to do with your employees lying and not making deliveries?!?
When asked to speak to the manager the employee stated he didn’t know when he was going to work and processed to start talking over me.
Using “short staffed” as an excuse for the past 1+ years is getting a bit old. New staff and new management along with customer training is needed for this location.
There is a reason why this store has such low ratings, it time management...

While watching the tracking logo that Dominoes offers on the website I noticed that no updates were being processed. My card had already been charged for the order so I proceeded to call the number provided to check on my order. The call went directly to voicemail saying that the location was now closed and it was after normal business hours. I then decided to refresh the tracker page just to make sure my order was still being made , just to make sure, and to my surprise the tracker now went blank. I waited around for an hour thinking maybe the delivery would be made and no bell ring, no knock at the door, i even found myself having to peek out the window every five minutes. No order EVER arrived. It is not the day after, 11/13/2018 and I had to personally call the store to ask what happened. No email, no call to let me know the order was cancelled, didn't go through nothing. The woman who picked up the call tried to tell me i input the wrong contact number and that's why the delivery wasn't placed and she couldnt pull up my order. I guess that was her way of trying to get out of their mistake not knowing that i had my confirmation email as well as my order number and once she realized that she quickly changed her response. How unprofessional do you have to be or maybe I should say how much of a fraud company is this that you would charge someone for food and make no attempt to rectify not making the delivery at all. She had absolutely no remorse in her voice and didn't apologize once for their mistake. I am absolutely disgusted and I want a refund for the food I...
Read moreI wouldn't even give this location one star but I have no choice but to do so in order to submit a post. The level of customer service at this location is beyond terrible. The young man (and I use that term loosely) answered the phone with an attitude that felt as though I was doing him a favor and also taking up his time. It seemed as though I interrupted a conversation between him and his coworkers because he kept stopping mid order to talk with his colleague(oh and did I mentioned they were using some very colorful and unprofessional language?) and then restarts the conversation with me each time by basically asking me to repeat everything I said previously. My main question is who employed these individuals? I asked to speak with a Supervisor or Manager, he placed me on hold then came back to the phone and attempted (poorly so) to disguise his voice which I pointed out to him I knew I'm still speaking with the same person. He then proceeds to tell me "well you can speak with my supervisor but you have to hold for a while."
I teach the value of prioritizing customer service for a living; so whenever I run into these types of unprofessional individuals I come away with the perception that given the fact they are hired and retained is almost always an indicator of how customer service is valued within that organization/franchise. Riddle me this, how many companies; past and present which exists without customers? Go ahead, I'm waiting. Since I do not pay for bad service; I never showed up to pick up my order.
By the way, this was my first and last time ordering at this location and I will be passing...
