The WORST customer service EVER! The owner does NOT care about anything. I told them several times while placing my order that I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO CHEESE and they deliver me a Stromboli with cheese on top of it. I gave the food back to them and it took them over 30 mins to fix it. I had to call them to see what was going on with my messed up order and a guy answered and I asked to speak to a manager or a owner. The guy said no manager or owner was there. I told him about what had happened to my order and suddenly the guy on the phone became the owner once I said if I would have ate what they brought me then I would have to be rushed to the hospital because of the cheese they had put on my Stromboli. He then defended his employee/his daughter and made it seem like my fault that they put cheese on it because he said they weren't thinking when they put cheese on top of it. After over 35 minutes he said he would deliver it himself. He was very rude and did not offer to refund me or anything. He still continued to defend his employees/his daughter (who was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was placing my order initially) for their mistake; a mistake that could have put me in real medical harm. He is a horrible owner and lacks any business ethnics. I asked him for a refund because at this point my lunch break was over and honestly felt like they could have done something to my Stromboli because of the owners attitude towards me and my coworkers for trying to tell him that this is a serious mistake him and his employees had made and it could have cost him his business. He then went back to the restaurant and called me back to tell me he could not refund my credit card back but I could pick up the cash. And then before he hung up said make sure you bring the Stromboli back with you so I can take it from you. This man seriously is ridiculous! I wouldn't doubt it if he wanted the Stromboli back so he could try to re-sell it. The worst business/restaurant and owner/employees EVER! Beware eating here and if you do go here be warned that you will be encountered by a co-owner aka his daughter who has the worst attitude ever and a owner who just doesn't give f* even in a situation like mine.

I had also asked for ketchup (which I use for my Stromboli, i know strange) and the girl taking my order aka the co/owner tells me she needs to charge me for 4 packets of ketchup because nothing I ordered is something you eat ketchup with. I told her I eat ketchup with no Stromboli and who are you to tell me what I eat with my food.

I'm very conflicted writing this review. Let me break it down like this: Pizza 9/10 Service 2/10 I order at 6:51pm according to the app on a Friday, expected arrival? 7:36-7:51pm. Alright, I have people over, a little bit of a wait but it's Friday so oh well. Got an update at 7pm on the dot that now the pizza wont arrive until 8:05-8:20pm. Okay, what? So I call at 7:21pm, first woman that answers says can you hold? Sure, I'm patient. Then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me! I call back and finally get someone. I asked what's going on, should I just pick up my pizza? "Oh no, your pizza is going in now, it should be there in less than 30 mins". At 7:55pm I called the place back but as it was ringing I got a call, it's the delivery guy and he says he's out front, hang up and go to the door, needless to say he's no there. Finally he turns the corner backwards, I thought he was going to turn the car around but he DRIVES DOWN THE STREET IN REVERSE! So reckless. Furious at this point but bring the pizza inside... My goodness, the best NY style pizza! Not too greasy, not too hard or soft, the garlic rolls looked under seasoned but they weren't and were perfect without being greasy. Absolutely amazing.

If you are going to order from here I would advise two things:

1. Pickup, don't order delivery
2. If you are going to order delivery, expect 1 hour wait at least on a Friday night like me.

Advice to the owner, train the staff to be better with customers but don't...

Ordered a pizza 1/2 plan cheese 1/2 pep/sassge with extra sauce on whole pie... Pizza came out with NO sauce! Advise the server (Who I later found out was actually the owner) and I was going to turn down a remake if she offered, because it was getting late and I wanted to get home, so I figured I would just grab something ftom the the Miami Subs out-front... To our surprise, she actually didn't offer to even do that... She insisted she take the pizza back to the kitchen, put sauce on the top of it, and place it back into the oven... I told her like three times "no thank you", yet she absolutely insisted she was going to do this... I'm not kidding, this really happen... She brings the pizza back, and verbatim says "it may not look appetizing, but it should taste fine", well she was 1/2 right... It didn't look appetizing, however it didn't taste "fine"... It tasted like burnt cardboard... The pizza was now nearly black on the bottom, and was black throughout the crust... When she comes back by, I turn it over and showed it to her... She says "that's exactly how it should look, you have meat toppings on it, and we have to cook those longer"... At this point I'm like check please... Which she brought out, and charged me every bit for that monstrosity she brought to our table... Listen, i'm not a huge fan of pizza chains, but if you're in the area, and hungry for pizza, do yourself a favor and head across the street to Pizza Hut ,you'll be better off... De Pietro's,...
