Dominoes gets my order wrong around 75% of the time. I've never called and complained. I order once or twice a month for the past year. Today they came to the back door of my apartment, which was locked. They then called me, but I get poor service in this building. So they went back, makes sense. When I called to ask them about my order she told me the door was locked, I said it's not locked. Then she got pissed, said she won't waste her time brining me my pizza back. So then I got pissed, I didn't curse but I wanted to know how she has the nerve to claim it was my fault I didn't receive a pizza. They went to the WRONG door, my phone service is sometimes poor. I am not at fault for these things. I used my rewards for the pizza bread too. So I was out my rewards if I let it go. So I called back three times before they answered and stopped hanging up on me. Then they said they would bring it, and did. Guy came in the right door, yet he forgot the coke. I mentioned that and he said he'd be right back. He didn't come back, I have warm pizza, I want HOT pizza. When I finally got through, the guy on the next shift said everyone had left and he had no way to verify my claims of missing soda. I'll never order from this place again. In fact I was wondering if I should move or not, this...
Read moreWe got a pizza, wings, tater tots, and and a pasta bread bowl delivered to our motel. After reading the prior reviews, I had my trepidations, but decided to risk a national chain and hope for the best (the devil you know, right?). Contrary to my expectations, our order arrived lightning fast. Everything about our order was correct, hot and fresh. We did NOT receive napkins or extra forks, but we hadn't asked for them either. We even got all our dipping cups, something that is often missed at the different locations I've tried throughout the country (we are truck drivers). Our delivery driver was extremely accomodating and patient as I checked through our order, our little dogs freaking out with excitement. Lol Also, we do NOT pre-tip, as is the trend lately with these new consumer food apps. So the driver showed up and gave great service without knowing whether she was going to get stiffed or not. Of course she deserved and got a very hefty tip for her troubles. I mention this only because I've seen many service industry people admit they won't even complete an order unless they know in advance they are getting tipped (Uber drivers ignoring calls, etc.) I'm still of the opinion that minimal effort deserves minimal reward and great effort deserves over the...
Read moreMy son ordered pizza from them, took 3 hours to get there, then one of the pizzas was raw dough. It made my daughter sick. When I found out I reached out to them. 2 days later my son got a coupon for a free medium pizza....not enough. An apology with the ridiculously late delivery would be the first thing to do, along with a refund. Then I ordered today, thinking the last time had to be a fluke. Took an hr and a half, and of course no apology. No one answers the phone when I called to figure out what's going on. I understand if they're busy, but when you deliver something that late it should at least be hot and you should at least have the minimum training to apologize for that kind of wait. Won't be ordering from them again, local is...
