Hardee’s — Restaurant in West Plains

I went through drive through to get my food for me my mother and daughter. My mom's & daughters food was right, mine on the other hand is a long story. I ordered a number 9, the sunrise crosiont. I was pulling out when my sandwich only had cheese & bacon on it and we only had one set of hash rounds. So i took it back inside for them to fix..so I thought. The nice lady went back to tell the cook that the sandwhich I had needed ham, cheese & bacon. So he whispers something to her i can't hear. Then he says out loud that "maybe she should pay attention to what she orders next time!" Like seriously? I told you guys exactly what I wanted! Then he continued to ask me what i wanted on it..😒 so i yelled at him saying "I am standing right here, you are very disrespectful! I am never eating here again!" I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The cook is older, skinny & tall. Didn't get his name but I promise you bad service in his dept and for the manager who didn't do anything about it! Absolute GARBAGE! The food is way below standards and was expensive. Greasy and disgusting. I ordered their biscuits and gravy meal, with a chicken biscuit sandwich. The biscuits were thin and the gravy had a disgusting off taste to it. They barely covered the biscuits with the low-quality gravy (probably from a can, definitely not fresh). The tots that came with the meal were cold, greasy, and messy, plus I got a total of about 12. Everything was cheap, greasy, and low quality. The bathrooms were messy, and someone had 'blown' up the toilet with a nasty mess everywhere. There were food crumbs on most tables and on the floor. Fast food in general has gone down the tubes. Expensive, smaller portions, and over lower quality. I won't be back, and I do not recommend Hardees, particularly this...

As always, a good hamburger and French fries! Sometimes nothing but a burger, with lettuce tomatoes and onion covering a still hot beef patty fresh off the grill will satisfy! Sadly in the West this burger chain goes by the name Carl's Junior, with an amazing burger called Western Bacon Cheeseburger, with a big onion ring and dressed with BBQ sauce, which I was hoping to find at Hardies...but they don't have in their selection. So, I happily settled for a regular burger...and it was great!
