McDonald's — Restaurant in West Plains

I brought my son, who has autism, to this McDonald's on Porter Wagoner Blvd. The manager on duty,Jess Adelsberger, and Jakobe was so amazingly sweet to my boy and gave him all sorts of praise and birthday wishes. They made him the happiest birthday boy ever. Even found a specific toy he was asking about. We visit here semiregularly but after this experience of professionalism, individual attention to every customer/stranger, especially my boy at the time, and the amount compassion he received, made him the happiest birthday boy ever and it truly touched my heart.5 stars is not enough in my book. It needs to be yelled from every rooftop that This will forever be our favorite McDonald's. I would just like to say thank you to them and hopefully the company will recognize them in some form or another.

I stop in today around 12 noon went through drive thru and my order was rang up correctly but was made wrong . So i went in to ask them to correct it and it took over 10 mins for one small item that was being skipped around a dozen times.I had to ask for it and im not sure why it took so long but the only friendly person that took care of me was the man working the front counter .Everyone else was worried about drive thru .I didnt get to eat my food because my break was up and i had to go back to work. This is very upsetting and i wont return. I will be driving to burger king where at least they are all nice and get the order correctly without attitudes or waiting 10 plus mins on an order they messed up. I blame this on the manger because they were fully aware that i was waiting and my order...

Tonight I did a mobile app order and paid with it. They then tell me they can't make the big Mac because they ran out of buns. (No big deal that happens) so I asked if they could just put on a different bun since I already paid...they had to ask a few people before tell me well I guess...like I really put them out. After a wait I get my order and go home to find there are no straws all the sodas tasted like carbon water they did give me the sauce I asked for to go with the chicken nuggets and the big Mac still was put together right at all.... I normally do not leave negative feed back but what happened in taking pride in your work? No it doesn't pay alot and stuff happens that they can't control but maybe a " I'm sorry for the inconveniences" but no those kids just flat out...
