This place is fantastic and one of the best food trucks in the Tri-Cities. Who knew that a gem like this existed in West Richland of all places! You have your standard menu items with a lot of other numbered items as well. They make a fantastic California Burrito that gives any food baby a run for its money. They even have a makeshift gazebo set up so you can hide from the cold as you wait for your food, stacked with plenty of seating and television sets. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because they do not abide by their posted hours. There have been multiple occurrences of them closing up shop an hour before their posted time with no notice on the truck itself. There is no worse feeling than being excited to get an awesome dinner only to show up to a closed truck. If you're able to make it there while they're open, you will not regret it! $1 chicken and pork tacos...

My lengua tacos were okay, the lengua itself is usually packed with flavor but these were just kind of missing the mark. The avocado wedges were an interesting add instead of cooked onion, I definitely liked the onion they used to do more. The avocado might have been better if it was more ripe, it definitely had a hardness to it that wasnt my favorite. Overall decent but not...

Made the visit enjoyable and likely to come again since we like supporting small businesses with nice people. He was good at making recommendations. I went a different route and had the shrimp. Gave 4 stars on the food. My dish was a little salty for me but that's just me because I'm not used to cooking with much salt so it's more of a personal preference than anything. Not on them. My husband just had more food for him. But the aguas frescas, omg that was delicious. Wished I had ordered like 4 drinks to have more for later. Really refreshing drinks...
