This location consistently does not have fresh food. My experience last weekend finally was my last. Every time I go in there I have to ask them to make fresh food because everything has obviously been sitting under the lights for way too long. My husband asked me to pick up lunch for him at 12:30 PM on Saturday - I grab a honey sesame chicken bowl for him...wasn't really paying attention as she scooped it in the bowl because I was talking to my daughter and figured at lunch time when there are people there it shouldn't be a problem. Got it home to him within 10 minutes - he opened it and at first look said "these green things can't be green beans" (they were shriveled up and dry). The breading on the chicken was all soggy. He was disgusted and didn't want it - he wanted to throw it away...I wanted our money back. I drove back there (keep in mind that nothing is close to where we live so it was approx. 3 miles away). Once I got there I explained that my husband was unhappy with the meal which one would think would be fresh at 12:30 PM (Lunch time on the weekend) and that he was grossed out enough to not want replacement food and that I just wanted a refund. She went back and forth between a register and the computer in the back for about 10 minutes before coming back to me with a piece of paper and wanting to me to fill it out because they had already closed the register and I would have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. It was only $6.58 and I was planning on running to taco bell after to get my husband lunch. She explained that she couldn't give me my money back...I would have to wait. Keep in mind that by this time it was over an hour since my husband originally asked me for lunch and he was hungry. I grabbed the receipt and told her I would just contact corporate. While I understand the overage/underage of a drawer in business, I also understand that it is not the problem of the customer to work out those issues, but rather the company. I should not have to deal with company issues when asking for a refund for my food. Ultimately my husbands lunch ended up costing closer to $12 that day and I still have no money back from Panda....who I am sure will just offer me a coupon for more food that...
Read moreI don’t know why I kept giving this Panda a second chance! Today will be the last time I have went though for sure. I asked which was the freshest and went with the beef. It was so over cooked it was crispy. Not a huge deal breaker because I like crispy and rather would have it crispy then soggy (which have been my past experiences) but then there was a hair! I barely ate any of the food so went in to get my money back and they all seemed irritated never apologized for there being a hair in it. When I told them they should probably through it out and make a new batch she stirred it around and told me it actually is the freshest out and sorry I didn’t like it but whatever! I would never say that to a customer! Will not be returning ever again and will be warning...
Read moreI ordered online the night before for a small last minute work Christmas/Retirement lunch between coworkers. Due to COVID-19, potlucks are not good idea at this time. I ordered 15 different plates for pickup the next day at 12:15pm. I arrived, there was a line, but the staff was very efficient and very professional. I had my list of each coworkers order, checked everything just to make sure, and every order had the correct items. This was my first time ordering online and picking up, I'm very impressed. The whole experience was smooth, and everyone enjoyed their customized orders and no worries about cross contamination. I have been here a few times, and I've always had no issues. I highly recommend this Panda Express. Thank you guys for doing such a...
