Streets of London, I salads was no love in i wouldn’t let me serve food like this would never treat are serve customers freezer burnt Wings I’m feeling nauseous right now . But in the past, many owner of a restaurant they should try to identify the problem when a customer is complaining. So I said to manager did you guys change chefs are the cook? what happened to the quality of the food I remember ordering Weeks ago A salad the other few weeks ago instead of getting the chicken cob salad I added steak and it was pretty good, but the manager insisted on talking me into this valentine strawberry horrible. The worst cell I ever ate in my life and I was a sucker and I went for it I ordered some for my Mom to my my son who is recently became paralyzed what did the last couple of years? My mom’s frowning right now and my son is Frowning with disappointment right now thanks a lot for making us have a rememberable Valentine’s Day. ., I called to talk to the manager and she refunded the five wings but had no intention of refunding me even half of the 2 Garbage poor quality salad presentation and the lettuce was horrible. The onions taste like there were so soggy, Strawberries, steak salad whoever came up with this idea I know they did not go to culinary school and they need to go back to have some training or meal preparation because they don’t have a clue on how to make something taste good enough to purchase if I could taste this food before buying I would’ve never spent five dollars on this horrible food they should at least make sure Before charging $21 for a steak salad with little pieces of old steak meat as matter fact the Steak, cheap not fresh or good quality yeah that right I will give this restaurant a one minus because for anyone like myself don’t mind Paying my four decent quality takeout whatever I need to pay to have good quality food and sometimes it’s really hard for me to find a good restaurant because I am an excellent cook Eating food for others that can’t cook as well no since of flavor in the disappointment I Return the wings and they still came back look the same way lol glad I did not get the sauce on the wings Because they might’ve fooled me with the disguise that able to cover up what is bad from the me, please how old slice the onions Salad was poor quality. I don’t even think they got their Strawberry, walnut feta cheese yeah the introduction sounds really good, but please let me tell you the quality was 1- salad at man. I can’t believe That I chose to eat at this place on Valentine’s Day and treat my son and my mother , I just noticed that in the last six months, the food has been horrible. I used to eat there all the time over in 2023 Are used to enjoy their fish and their shrimp prawns even the last time I ordered that Horrible. I ordered five of the wings horrible burnt had my assistant take the back I asked for them to remake them guess what I think they just dumped him in another box because they still look the same like the same wings I got the first time they might’ve just warmed them up and nothing was different . I called the manager and she was nice I guess lol gave credit back on my friends card for the wings, but what about the horrible salad that you talked me into? Where is my refund for those Low budget poor quality, Valentine salads??. Was given me a refund on the wings By someone claiming to be the definitely will not encourage anyone to eat their unless they wanna waste their money Upset and feels nauseous and and just mad because money is hard to come by and when you spend your money to eat out, you respect ✊ to patronizing Streets of London, West Get rid of the chef he must’ve not...

I’ve noticed a few low star reviews as of recent and I can’t help but wonder if the people leaving poor reviews are local competitors, fellow PTA parents who know the owner, or simply people targeting a small business. When I see a poor review, I tend to visit that persons profile to see if they routinely leave reviews. When someone has left 5 reviews over the course of five years, are they even credible? Or just spiteful?

So here is a review from a foodaholic. Please, see my other reviews. If something looks good on the Food Network, I’m checking flights to see for myself. So my opinions are truly genuine, and if I ever have any service issues in any establishment, I always inform the staff because issues can be corrected.

I genuinely enjoy this restaurant. The ambiance, decor, staff, and food. I enjoy it so much, we decided it was the ideal spot to have my son’s 18th birthday party. One waitress tended to my party of 30 and she was spot on! Orders correct, everyone fed, drinks and more. There isn’t much in the area in terms of entertainment for the teens. Having pool tables, billiard games, corn hole, jumbo jenga and the jukebox were an absolute crowd pleaser for the age range I needed to accommodate.

If you are looking for fine dining, go to Morton’s. This is a pub and you will get pub food. As for pubs, the food is above expectation. The quality is better than what is expected for a pub. I think the biggest misconception some people have, is they walk into a pub expecting a Michelin Star Chef to serve them. No ma’am. When you walk into a pub, expect bar food. Streets of London goes beyond basic bar food. Here are some of the things we’ve tried. I wish I could share our party photos, but to respect the privacy of minors I will not. One thing I will share though, I opted to pick up the tab for my entire party and it was only $402! I was shocked! A kids birthday party package nowadays is like $350 for an hour and a half with a basic pizza option for ten kids. The idea that 30 guests got to order exactly what they wanted, enjoy hours together, is the best money spent and this is my new birthday party spot. That total meant the average meal was $13.

Bathrooms are clean, bar area is clean, you can see into the kitchen and it’s clean. Staff are wonderful. Food is wonderful. The seating selection is plentiful from tables, to high top tables, booths, bench seating, outdoor seating and bar...

BEBACK- 4 OUT OF 4 Stars

The bad- The waitress forgot a request and I didn't get asked if I wanted a refill on my soda. Hence, only 4 stars.

Since that's out of the way, the best thing about the place thus far is the fish and chips that I ordered. I chose the 4 ounce and not the 8. It was juicy, tender, and the breading did not swallow up the fish with each bite. I mean, it wasn't all breading with no fish in sight. The tartar sauce was excellent as it did not taste like it had too much mayonaise.

Oh, on those who commented on the greasy taste, well, the ones I've had in England were, guess what, greasy! So its authentic.

I loved the decor of England and London as it reminded me of my time there. All that was missing was the British accent. It was raining during my visit, so that also reminded me of England.

Anyway, this will be my go to place for fish and chips since I live close by. I'm glad they serve food now because when they first opened up, I was told that they only had drinks. Talk about being bummed out!
