I went today with my mother, when I had called and let them know I was bringing a few cards they said it was fine but when I arrived they didn’t wanna accept the cards bc it wasn’t up to there value standards, I had over 50$ in cards that I was willing to trade in. I asked the man at the front counter was there a pack limit he said yes three per person per day, understandable I wasn’t upset but when I asked him for 6 packs three for me and three that my moms was gonna purchase. He proceeded to say under his breath “ I know she’s not gonna open then” in a very sarcastic voice. I got upset and told him they weren’t all for me I have two little brothers that enjoy the hobby with me, I was very upset with the visit and the customer service. Called ahead to see if they might be interested in some Pokemon and anime figurines that I had. They said to bring them in and they would take a look.. (I had several totes of the Pokemon and anime)

Brought them in and after a few seconds of glancing over my items, they tell me they weren't interested. They would only be interested in certain items. I had the certain items they were looking for. Had they taken 1 min to look at them, they would have seen them in there.

This was a nice shop. It had 4 tables to play on, super clean, and had a little bit of everything. I went in specifically for pokemon cards but they answered my questions about magic the gathering very well and informatively. They had a case of singles pokemon cards and the rest of their bulk singles are purchased through their website and they'll put together your order for you rather quickly. Based on my experience, their bulk had a lot of variation but there wasn't many of it (a limited supply).
