Since I have been a loyal Target shopper for many years and have been shopping at the West Sacramento, CA store fo two years, I have spent a considerable amount of money as well. I was also very pleased that Target is located just five minutes from our home. I am likely to make my last trip to Target after this disappointing shopping experience today. Having never experienced anything like this before. This began due to a female Target employee with long red hair who was pushing a large metal cart near the household cleaning supply isle, she used her two-way communication device, relaying something to another employee regarding my son and myself. However, I was unable to hear what she was saying. Following that, a number of Target employees followed us during our hour in a half the this store. The incident was subsequently escalated into stalking, resulting in a feeling of harassment that we experienced by all of your employees who were probably working on the floor at the time. Every aisle I walked down, a employee would walk up, look up at me, then walk off. When I entered the hair care aisle, a male Target employee was running rather than walking as he should have, almost colliding with me as I entered the aisle. Which to me seemed odd because he was the same employee stocking the produce aisle and questioned me about the celery I had chosen telling me to pick the celery from the back, saying to him why should I purchase rotten celery that shouldn't even be on the shelf for anyone to purchase. Aside from feeling uncomfortable, it would be helpful to know why these adult employees who are responsible for maintaining their job acted in this manner. I would assume that Target Loss Prevention would have intervened if I were breaking any laws or doing anything illegal. However, I have always been respectful and followed their rules at Target and as a point of clarification, I am not a thief and I do not steal and have enough money to purchase what I wish to purchase. As I was at the checkout counter I had to ask the cashier several times who was the manager that I was going to make a complaint, at first, he stated he did not know. I said how do you not know who your manager is? It's like pulling teeth to get the managers information. I did come home and complete the Target Survey off my receipt because I'm hoping someone will rectify this ridiculous nonsense that is going on...
Read moreOn 3/3/2022 at 5:30 pm, I went to West Sacramento Target to pick up an order for a cancer patent. There was no employee at the order pick up counter. There was a Target employee at the "customer service" counter but she ignored me until I finally asked her for someone to pick up the order. When I brought it back to the cancer patient, she told me half the order was missing. So we drove back to Target and asked for the missing items on the order. An employee brought a bag of items they had neglected to give me on my first trip, but there were still items missing. The "customer service" woman told me to go get the missing items myself. When I asked for a refund for the missing items, the woman told me to down load the Target app and get the refund myself. When I asked why should I order pick up from Target again, she said, you don't have to. Then she accused me of crashing the shopping cart into the counter, which I didn't do,. So I asked the cancer patient with me if I crashed the cart into the counter, and she said no, I didn't. But the "customer service" woman continued to complain, lie, and argue with me about the cart. So I asked for the store manager to explain the poor service provided by their "customer service". My next step is to call the Target administration office to complain about Target...

I was buying some shirts and when the cashier was ringing me up they asked if I knew the price on one of them as the tag had fallen off and I said no. They said it was probably around $15 and asked if I agreed. I said yes since that was the price of most of the other shirts. It wasn't really a big deal to me so I didn't ask for a price check.
After ringing up all the items they found the tag in the basket. Rather than change the price they said "eh I already rang it up" and thew it out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured there wasn't a big difference between what they put in and what was on the tag.
I went back about 2 weeks later to get something and saw more shirts like the one I got but in different colors so I went to grab some since I liked the one I already had, and I saw the price was $5. I went to talk to a manager about it and they didn't even ask me which employee intentionally charged me 3x the price of the first shirt I bought, just told me to bring the first one back with the receipt and go to customer service for a price exchange but since it was almost 2 weeks later I didn't...
