Today I ordered food at this taco Bell I ordered #11 supreme. I received no supreme. I went back to try and get my order exchanged for the correct order. My honor was declined by shift leader. Shift leader called local police. I was detained because they made alligations of domestic because I was arguing with them because they refused to refund or replace my order. They said if I didn't leave the drive thru they were going to call PD. I said fine. Police was called on scene I was placed in handcuffs and had to apologize to a taco Bell employee when I wasnt in the wrong. I traveled from Massachusetts to experience poor customer service at this location. Employee lied and was not professional. He told police he wanted to press charges on me for alligations of throwing food at him when it was placed on the window waiting for it to be replaced. He stepped on the bag of food once it fell and lied to police and said I threw a drink which was also a lie. This taco bells resolutional response was for me to not receive an exchange and or money back and to call the 1800. What kind of customer service did I experience? Read moreI came here yesterday about 10:35 in the morning I hadn't been to Taco Bell in several weeks so I was very disappointed to hear when I asked if they were still serving breakfast that they're not. So I ask when they quit serving breakfast and she replied 11 o clock so then I asked her then why aren't you serving breakfast she said because we're out I'm sorry but laziness to cook up some breakfast around the time that you're still serving breakfast it's screwed up every single time I come to this Taco Bell nine times out of 10 I always have problems every time and I have been coming here for two years. Got my food and now being questions why do i need that many sauce and only allow some many sauce per item. Had this whole Debate about my sauce he said he'll need to ask his manager. She comes up and I said If i had order 15 Hot and Mild why am I being questions if am going to use it or not, and even been questions, If i order it.
