McDonald's — Restaurant in West Sadsbury Township

If it was possible to give a 0-star rating or take stars away from them or even better yet close this McDonald's restaurant down permanently I would. Our McTraumatizing experience began while ordering at the drive-thru. I asked for hash browns with my Sausage Egg McMuffin, but was told they only had french fries. If I wanted french fries I would have asked for french fries. At the drive-up window, the inept girl was not capable of putting her hand far enough out of the window to take my change and allowing it to slip through her fingers onto the ground. The girl made no apology or attempt or offer any assistance to retrieve the money that had fallen from her hand. Instead she just stood there like a McGhost as we struggled to find the fallen change. I wish dropping my money was my only loss during this dining experience but I had not yet received my order. Of course, I never did receive my order, only a bag full of the wrong items. My sausage egg mcmuffin had ham on it, no hash brown, a quarter pounder that tasted unfiltered water (or cardboard, I'm not sure which is worse), and 4-day old hard, cold french fries. Is it too much to ask for workers to review your order before placing it in the bag? Apparently at this McDonald's that was the case. If you want to be completely disappointed, this is the McDonald's for you. Unable to get items advertised on their menu, a sorry excuse for customer service, food that tasted like it was straight from their dumpster, and once again a non-working ice cream machine, I could have done better eating sand on the beach. But if you're into eating french fries that are so hard they'll chip your teeth, this is the restaurant for you. On a positive note, I was able to find a parking spot right next to the trash can where I could throw this disgusting, cold, dead meal away and reflect upon the $15 I just wasted on this inedible, repulsive, and...

Trying to place order was horrible through the drive thru she never told us our total so I handed my friend $30 a $10 & a $20 my friend handed it to her thinking I gave her two tens the order was only $18 the cashier only gave me $2 change I told her I gave her & 30 by accident a $10 & $20 and she argued with me saying it was only a $20 bill...after arguing with her cause she was not friendly at all she finally offered to have the manager count the drawer. During all this we were told to wait in a stall with NO food or drinks that I over paid for. After a good 10 minutes I went inside pretty angry at this point wanting to know how much longer this was going to take and could I at least get my soda and would my food be hot. Needless to say I had to deal with the same very disrespectful cashier then after more time the manager came out who I could not really understand her English but she showed me a calculator with $11.02 on it and I said ok so that shows your over can I please have my $10 she told me no that ment they were short that much and I said then why isn't there a minus in front and I just got a stupid look...so I said I wanted to see their tapes and I was told no and that I was crazy and she laughed in my face and walked away and said call corporate. I said the girl probably put the money in her pocket then cause how I give them 2 bills(10&20) and it turns into 1 bill(20) I can't figure that out. I can't really rate my food since the cashier was rude enough and couldn't get my order correct so I didn't waste my time waiting for the food. I ordered a sandwich with no bun and asked instead for an extra piece of lettuce for a lettuce bun. Cashier added shredded lettuce to my order for an additional charge. I explained I didn't want it shredded, just an extra piece for a lettuce bun. She adds a 2nd upcharge for lettuce. So now I'm paying the full price of the sandwich plus almost an extra $1 for 2 up charges for lettuce, all for a sandwich with no bun and 1 extra slice of lettuce. The girl tells me my total and I tell her there's 2 charges on there for the lettuce. She says there's not but repeats the same total.. I'm looking directly at the screen showing 2 extra charges for lettuce and I asked her if the screen was correct since it still showed 2 charges from lettuce and the total she was telling me included both. She ignored me a 2nd time and just repeated the same total. This cashier needs a little extra training in customer service and not being rude to customers with dietary...
