I'm visiting from out of town and decided to go with my sister to get our nails done. This place was OK. It was clean. Nicely decorated. WARNING - GET ARE CHARGING EACH CLIENT AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR Cleaning NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IS SELECTED .
The pedicure stations are in the back. We both got a general pedicure which took roughly 30 minutes. They use hot stones however they aren't very warm and they were literally run up and down my calves one time and set aside. Lotion was applied once fairly quickly and my toes were painted. Not really worth the money but the chair massage was nice and the water was warm.
We went upfront for the manicures. Again, things were done very quickly and half hazardly. The hand massage was less then a minute for both hands and the hot towel was applied and removed in about 2 minutes. Lotion to my hands was applied one time. The most amount of time was used in my fingers soaking in warm water and at the end in painting my nails.
My nails were painted fairly well and I was left under the dryer for an undetermined amount of time with no one checking in. We finally went up to the register to wait to pay for the service before leaving. Overall, my normal place is ALOT better but the time with my sister was priceless. This wouldn't be my go to place but it...
Read moreI’ve visited the salon in the past, I’m from out of town and there’s not a whole lot of options in the area that I know of, for a simple mani pedi I guess it’s ok (literally just ok) .. I requested just a polish change on my hands, however the lady/worker chose, on her own to do a mani .. every employee I seen today was some what rude , or maybe they don’t have an understanding of politeness.. They don’t respond well in English when asking a question, nor understand (to my knowledge) English when trying to explain what I want “done”.. moving forward, my mom took my son and daughter in earlier for a “little experience “ (not knowing we had been in same salon just different times) they over charged her, for an adult manicure, when my daughter received a polish change. Both children received pedicures, but nothing more the lotion and a hot rag, however the paint job my daughter received is 🤦🏻♀️.. my son didn’t even get a polish when clear was asked for.. and the entire time a male employee was wanting to have inappropriate conversations with my mom when , not acceptable at all, but also my children were present.. just bad, I/we will not be returning.. bottom line overcharged for services that were givin and not a quality job...
Read moreFastest full set I've ever gotten and not in a good way. I've been consistently getting my nails done for years and this was my first and last time going here. First thing I noticed was the lack of proper hygiene. The guy finished up working on the woman beside me and didn't even get up to wash his hands. He immediately started working on me and applied the nails so lousy with very little glue, at one point my pinky nail came off because there wasn't much glue. The products and tools he was using looked gross and dirty, there was nail dust everywhere. He definitely didn't sanitize anything, he even took the previously used tools from the desk next to him and used them on me. My nails are crooked and uneven, he filed them lazily and they are not even filled in with acrylic all the way. He BUTCHERED my cuticles too. Something that I've never had to do was cure my nails with the light after filing them, which I thought was odd because they were not even painted. He didn't even ask what I wanted done, he just tried to start painting them. The French tip is a bit sloppy. When he was finishing I was already thinking "I need to go to another salon so I can fix these." This is one of those last resort kind of...
