Hot Table — Restaurant in West Springfield

Stopped into Hot Table Panini and tried the Southwest Chicken Panini. My order was ready fast, and the panini was excellent—crispy on the outside, with a flavorful mix of chicken, salami, chipotle mayo, roasted onions, and melty cheese inside. The touch of spice was just right, giving it some kick without being overwhelming.

The staff kept things moving quickly, the dining room was clean, and there’s a nice variety of drink options including fresh lemonade, raspberry lemonade, and unsweetened tea. I also noticed they’ve added handcrafted milkshakes to the menu if you want something sweet.

Love this place! The west springfield location is our fav. It’s been our favorite sandwich place since they opened over here! Our order is always ready on time, and our sandwiches are always well put together, with the correct innards :) my boyfriend always gets the black and blue, and i flip flop between sandwiches.
