Usually a decent place to order a pizza to pick up. Have eaten in store once, it’s a sad place inside. Workers don’t seem to take care of the place and seem to be more interested to be in the back on their phone. Meh I get it, job could be boring, but it’s your job to keep up the store and make sure it looks decent enough. This last time I ordered carry out and selected a time to pick up. I arrived a few minutes before and paid and was ready for a hot pizza in a few minutes or so. The cashier left the front and went to the back for about 5 minutes, she came out and checked her phone.. ok still not ready I don’t mind waiting a little longer. She returned to the back of the store, returning a few minutes later and she said ‘’they messed up your pizza in the back.’’ ‘’It’ll be about 15 more minutes.’’ I asked ‘’messed up the pizza, how?’’ She said ‘’well, it was half meatball and half cheese and the manager tried fixing it after it was done but messed it up.’’ She then said ‘’ you want to wait a bit longer’’ I said ‘’no, I have to be somewhere soon, that’s why I selected a time to pick up.’’ She responded ‘’ what, you want a refund then’’ yes, yes I want a refund because I don’t want to wait 25-35 minutes after I was supposed to pick up. Sorry I inconvenienced her for wanting a refund for not having my food available in a normal time frame. I arrived and paid at 8:13, pizza pick up time 8:15, left at 8:35... no pizza. Sad thing it took about 10 minutes to get a refund and the manager that messes up the pizza and tried to fix it after it was cooked had to come out and refund me. Looked as they didn’t care about the job either. Waste of my time. As I was leaving she said it would take 10 business days to refund. Haha what. Get it together.Unorganized and unprofessional. Pizza is usually fine from them, but to many times they mess up. This is the one time to many. I guess I have to just try the other 100+ pizza joints...
Read moreI am updating my 5-star rating for Pizza Hut from two years ago. I am from Connecticut, where there are no Pizza Huts available. Initially, I had a great experience, but since then, I have seen the quality decline and the staff become increasingly unprofessional. Recently, I visited a Pizza Hut and noticed four people waiting for their online orders with no one at the front desk. After about 20 minutes, an employee finally appeared, but he did not acknowledge me and instead attended to the online orders. When I said I had been waiting to place a dine-in order, he looked at me strangely and asked what I wanted to order. As I started ordering, he walked away from the register, causing embarrassment as others noticed. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but the staff member did not explain the menu or any deals. I ended up ordering two pizzas, soda, and breadsticks. My family of six waited over an hour for our food. When it arrived, it was brought out one pizza at a time, and our breadsticks were missing. I had to remind the staff multiple times about the breadsticks. This entire experience cost $70, and we were not served in a professional manner. The staff did not provide plates or napkins, and the overall service was poor. I urge management to review their hiring practices. Two years ago, the service was kind and attentive, with staff bringing coloring pages and crayons for children dining in. Now, it seems the employees dislike their jobs and do not want to be there. This experience has ruined Pizza Hut for me, and I will not dine in again, despite loving the original pan pizza. Please address these issues to improve the dining experience for...
Read moreUnder zero circumstances should anyone visit or purchase from this location, due to the blatant disregard for food safety, as my girlfriend, my two brothers and I could have lost their lives due to the food at this specific location. We purchased two things; a large pizza and wings at this location. My girlfriend and myself had been the ones eating the wings, since my brothers did not want any. Thankfully enough, they did not eat any, as if they did, they would have been in desperate need urgent care. 15 minutes after eating the wings, my girlfriend and I had begun to feel sick, believing it to be the result of the food, but within minutes, we began feeling exceptionally ill. My girlfriend having a culinary safety background knew something was wrong. We instantly became dehydrated from vomiting and having diarrhea, I became delusional and could barely walk, and we had to have a neighbor drive us to the closest ER where we then had a horrible experience, but that’s besides the point. We had contracted a horrible case of food poisoning, known as Norovirus, and experienced an agonizing hours of pain, vomiting, and diarrhea until eventually we were discharged from the hospital, and continued to experience lighter versions of those symptoms throughout the coming days. Please, if you had any regard for your family, yourself, your kids, or anyone, avoid this location at all costs. I will be pursuing legal action against this location and their blatant disregard for...
