My family and I had visited the Enfield location and had a mixed bag of results. The first time we went there it was absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From ordering drinks to receiving our meals, everything was awful. However, we tried a few months later and had Emily and she was absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences I've ever had. So seeing as we live in Massachusetts and pass this location multiple times a week, my family and I decided to try this location as well. Wow, what a absolute disaster. We had Brittany F as our server and it was a disaster from the beginning. She had a look of disgust on her face from the moment she dropped our menus and failed to give us plates to disperse amongst ourselves to enjoy our appetizer. One of the meals came with just one tweak to it. We asked for a buffalo chicken wrap with no blue cheese. The buffalo chicken wrap came loaded with blue cheese. Okay, I understand this could have been the kitchen's issue. However Britney did not come and check on us for about 25 minutes. I know this because I text somebody as the food was being dropped and I referred to this text once Brittany FINALLY came around. I should say however, she came and checked on us but it was before our food had even been dropped. Had she just taken the 30 seconds to come check in with us outside she would have realized that the person paying the bill... Their meal was absolutely wrong and was given something that they specifically asked not to. Instead Brittnay was absent and never checked on us.
I don't know if Britney was stretched too thin with tables, or maybe she was just having a bad day, but every interaction had left my partner and I looking at a each other scratching their head. The type of interaction where you say " did I make sense there?", because there was just no effort, socialization or anything given at all.
I do believe my partner went inside and let the manager know that it was really unfortunate as we are a somewhat large family and pass this establishment all the time. We had one horrible and one great and we let this be the barometer of if we were going again. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this establishment to any and all. We felt like we we're in the wrong from the moment we entered.
On a closing note, as we left the patio a younger blonde haired girl excitedly and politely shouted to us "have a great day thank you so much". My partner and I turn to each other and said that would have been nice. I don't mean to bash but for a somewhat large family, going out to eat is not an everyday occurrence. We don't ask for much we just expect the food we ordered in a few check-ins. Just one once our food was dropped would be fantastic. This made spending so much money that much harder because we left just totally disappointed. I hope Brittany F and management does better for...
Read moreWhile the new location is beautiful and our waitress was nice, our experience here today was not great.
Three people at our table ordered the special burger. Apparently it was day two with the special and the computer didn’t have it properly in the system yet. Ok…
So they bring out two special burgers and one bacon burger. Which is confusing because they were all rung in the same aside from one needing American cheese and one needing the sauce on the side.
We ended up with each one having a problem. As mentioned one was the wrong burger all together, one was missing the cheese, and the other was missing the ham and the cheese (in addition to the sauce not being on the side).
So we tell the waitress and they take our food back to fix it. They come back out and don’t wait to make sure everything was good, they basically just dropped the “remade” food.
We find out they didn’t do it right the second time either (still didn’t get the sauce on the side/toppings looked very sad). They didn’t actually remake the food as they stated they would. Everything was basically ice cold at that point. They just added the items missing and reassembled. Which probably would normally be ok if the food wasn’t so cold.
They come back after we’re clearly not eating and they said they’d take them off the bill and comp our two apps. The guy was nice but kind of aloof. It seemed to me they didn’t care all that much the food wasn’t great (2x). However I’ll give him a pass because he did remove the food from the bill and gave us some free coupons for another time. Which I personally would never use as I have no plans to go back.
It just doesn’t seem like the kitchen or management cares a whole lot about the quality of the food they’re selling. I ate here once before a few months ago and honestly wasn’t impressed that time either. Definitely don’t recommend. I should have known better than going back a...

I was in attendance at Wood N Tap this past weekend. For a restaurant that just opened I felt extremely disappointed. It seems the atmosphere was the pinnacle of the restaurant. Perhaps if more time was put forth into the menu, I wouldn’t be writing this review. The service we received was very good, our waitress was well attentive, knowledgable and caring. My meal started with an appetizer of the spinach and artichoke dip. Upon first glance of my spinach and artichoke dip, it seemed as if it was a large pile of cheese was melted and pieces of artichoke and spinach were thrown into the mix. I’m not one to shy away from cheese, however if your someone who enjoys just melted piles of cheese, than this “dip”is for you. On to the entree, I kept it simple with the bacon burger. Because how bad could someone ruin something like a burger? I asked for it medium rare. At first glance this burger seemed reasonably normal. I thought that the pile of unmelted shredded cheddar was a bit strange. I’ve never seen unmelted shredded cheese topped to a burger before, however not a dealbreaker. But upon viewing the cross section of the sliced burger, I noticed an overly well done hockey puck of beef. At first I thought it was smokey flavoring, but it was just blackened beef. One thing I never seen before, was the burger. On one side was cooked to a slight medium, where the other was well done burnt. The burger tasted like it was a “bubba burger” patty, Aside from that, I could tell the tater tots were fried from frozen. It was as if their food vendor was costco the next intersection over. Never in my life would I have ever wished I went to Applebee’s instead. I hope to return in the future to better changes made. There is still...
