Tuesday, August 13th around 12:10 AM I placed an order for 3 chocolate chip cookies and a caramel sundae. After I finished placing my order I asked the female associate to ensure that my cookies were dropped freshly in the oven. Before I could verbally communicate what my request was, the female associate intercepted my request and said, “The cookies are always fresh.” While I felt rushed and as if my request was looked over I proceeded to the first window and eventually the second window as instructed.
When the Manager (who’s name I later discovered was Keisha) handed my order to me I pulled the cookies out of the bag to check if they were fresh immediately. Unfortunately, the cookies were not fresh! I handed the cookies back to Keisha and informed her that my intentions were not to be difficult, I only wanted fresh cookies. When I extended the pouch of cookies to Keisha she attempted to argue with me as it related to the freshness of the cookies; I did not participate in debating if the cookies were fresh, because I know they simply were not! So, I waited and watched as Keisha walked my cookies to the back and prepare “fresh” ones.
When Keisha came back to the second window to deliver my cookies I checked once more (of course) to see if they were fresh; again, the cookies were not fresh! I expressed my concerns to Keisha and handed her my cookies; Keisha aggressively snatched the cookies from my hand and stormed to the back of the restaurant mumbling words about how complicated I was to her colleagues. During this moment I realized that there was a problem with Keisha wanting to perform the necessary duties/tasks assigned to and expected of her. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer, so consequently I requested a refund.
Initially I was not going to write a review or complete a survey. However, as the horrible service continued I thought sharing my experience was imperative. Keisha was extremely rude and disrespectful, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. After reading multiple reviews speaking to the performance of various employees I hope this type of behavior is not the standard and is...
Read moreI don't knkw why anybody would give this place less than a 5 star review. I mean yeah it's McDonald's, its not a 5 star restaurant, the food kinda socks, but as far as what they have on the menu, this McDonald's food is always hot, always exactly the way it is supposed to be. The food I ordered was ready so fast I didn't even sit down before they called out my order for me, by name and the lady working there was so sweet and friendly . All of the employees seemed genuinely committed to doing their job to the highest standard. They are always so nice and welcoming when I come in here. To be honest,I wouldn't eat here if it wasn't for how awesome they treat me everything I come in. Sometimes a smile and a "have a good day," can go a long way. They are contestants cleaning, the tablea are always cleaned off, garbage is never overflowing, everything is always very neat and orderl and clean which is surprising given how many people come in and out of this place everyday. The bathrooms are always clean I felt compelled to go out of my way to leave a good review because of how really friendly and professional the employees are here. They really make the place have a cfprtable, relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a much needed Runge from the cold to come in and get something to eat. I appreciate the people who work here so much. They truly work hard and exemplify what a fast food restaurant employee should be. I don't go to any other mcdonals, idont go to any other fast food restaurant. And I don't so much come for the food as I dothe air conditioning in the summer or heat in the winter to get a nice break to relax in the climate controlled environment and get something quick to eat in a place that's clean and I can feel welcome and relaxed. I can't say enough about the quality of this mcdonaldsnrm restaurant above ay other one I have ever been...
Read moreMcDonald's is a restaurant with not much leeway for mistakes; I was absolutely clear as to what I wanted for my wife's burger, a quarter pounder with no cheese, but with lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo (everything that normally goes on simply minus the cheese). The drive through attendant made sure to repeat my order several times, and I made corrections until what my wife wanted was what showed on the screen. I myself ordered four hash browns and eight packets of ketchup as well as a large dr pepper. I reminded the lady at the second window about the ketchup but she insisted that I wait at one of the designated drive thru waiting zones for the food to be finished and arrived. When it did arrive, I inquired as to whether the ketchup had been included - the worker said that yes, she had personally made sure of that - and that the burger was as I had ordered it. Temporarily satisfied, I returned home to present the food to Elizabeth, my beloved wife. As it turns out, the quarter pounder not only lacked mayonnaise, and the letttuce was so sparse (and shredded, despite myself requesting whole leaf lettuce). Liz made do with ranch dressing instead of mayo and some leftover spinach, and when I discovered that not even ONE SINGLE Ketchup had been included despite the order, and several subsequent confirmations (I had to make due with salsa).
I honestly do not know what, if anything, I could have done differently. I made it an a priority to communicate as clearly as possible.
I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me in order to compensate for this lackluster service, which we can agree did not meet anyone involved's standards for good customer service.
Final note; I would be willing to erase this review and replace it with a glowing one if my needs are met. I look forward to hearing from you, honored...
