After moving to the area I was looking for a great quick Pad Thai place and Thai Pepper has become that staple over the last few months. There are plenty of tasty Thai places in the cities but this one has great prices, it's local and convenient, and has consistent quality. I frequently order the Chicken Pad Thai or the Tofu Pad Thai. Both are simple dishes that are very tasty (cilantro, ground peanuts, egg, nice pieces of meat or tofu, and lots of tasty rice noodles). I have also tried their egg rolls - I highly recommend those. They're always served piping hot and fresh and they use the best dipping sauce. I will say the Pad Thai as ordered is NOT spicy. I've also recently gotten their Papaya salad not knowing what it was but wanting to try it. Definitely a delicious cold salad! It has a hint of spice to it because of the dressing. I could probably make a very filling meal out of that and some egg rolls. Please give this place a try if you're craving some Asian cuisine that's quick, affordable, and tasty! Pictured are my Chicken Pad Thai and Papaya Salad (admittedly after several bites were taken from each)

I’ve had a lot of Thai food from several places and they’re all good but Thai delicious was just beyond great, it’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I ordered chicken pad Thai, veggie egg rolls and wontons and they were all 5/5. I was hesitant on egg rolls because I don’t like ginger heavy flavor but they weren’t like that at all. They were so flavorful with a slight grilled onion taste which I’ve never had before. The wontons are perfectly crispy and large with a balanced softly sweet cream cheese. (Not SUPER sweet) And they have large portions. My pad Thai is a couple pounds and it was 12$. I just had pad Thai from another local place (same size) & it was 18$ or 23$ on door dash. I did order this on door dash so 12$. I am so impressed and the reviews are just too low in my opinion. I have 0 complaints. I will make this my new usual Thai restaurant. My pregnant belly/baby approves! Thanks you guys! You’re awesome! Ordered in Saint Paul 9/19 @ 7:20 or so.

I’ve driven by a few times and finally decided to stop. Our family of 4 arrived in the drive through and were given menus and assured that we could take our time. The gentleman at the window was friendly and helpful. We typically stick with Pad Thai and red coconut curry, when ordering Thai. Today we tried the Pad Thai but did the Rad Na soup with shrimp instead of curry and were not disappointed. Our kids polished off the entire order of Thai fried rice with chicken, declaring it the best they’ve had. My only regret is not trying the egg rolls. We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere rating I put 5/5 but it does not apply. This is a pick up place only, with limited weather permitting outdoor seats. I am confused by some of the lower reviews that say the exact opposite of how I feel. I have to say based on prices and quantity there’s no competition. The pad see ew I could eat in 3 parts. And the spring rolls are so fresh and large sized! I also very much enjoyed the egg rolls, I got the veggie ones. They were probably the best egg rolls I’ve had. I understand everyone prefers different types but that doesn’t mean the food is bad. I saw someone said they’re are few veggies in the chicken pad thai, but I don’t think pad Thai is a veggie dish anyway? So I’m confused. You top with green onion and bean sprouts and that’s all I’ve ever seen. So to rate low based on that, and “greasy egg rolls” well they’re cooked in oil, so not sure what you were expecting. & they are NOT overly greasy, they’re crispy and fresh and they aren’t over saturated & do not taste like grease, so again.. that’s sort of non applicable. If you want veggies, then try the spring rolls? Anyways, the food was all 5/5 for me and I would recommend, if you don’t like it that’s fine but it’s worth trying and supporting a small business. These are the businesses we should support, not the McDonald’s. If we don’t support then we will lose the diversity of good...

We ordered dinner from Thai Papper online in April 2020 and overall I would recommend it, but we did have one issue. We ordered a side of sticky rice, mild spice Pad Thai with veggies, and medium spice Pad Prik Khing with chicken.

The sticky rice was delicious. I was really happy to see that they offered it, and using it to soak up the sauce from the Pad Prik Khing was amazing. 5/5

Speaking of the Pad Prik Khing, it was also great. I like to think I can handle more than the average amount of Minnesotan spice levels but I was wary about getting “spicy” or “extra-spicy” from a Thai place! I’m glad I went with the “medium spicy” because it was hot to the point where I was sniffing a bit during the meal but my tongue wasn’t on fire for more than a minute or two after finishing the meal. The flavors of the dish were really nice, I would 100% order that again. 5/5

Our issue was with the mild Pad Thai, both my wife and I thought it needed more flavor. Maybe just don’t order “mild” or “vegetarian” because it was pretty bland. 2/5

Overall, I’ll be back for the Pad Prik Khing and sticky rice but we’ll try something besides...
