Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in West St. Paul

Fellow coffee aficionado's it is with a heavy heart that leave this review. Most caribou coffee's tend to be my favorite destination's this one is NOT. Not only is the staff rude (some not all) the service I received was downright despicable, not only on one occasion but rather quite a few at this point. The last two visits are what brought me to leave this review simply to save my friend's a trip, Lip and driving off like "T.F" just happened. Recently ordered an ICE specialty coffee and was given a Hot speciality coffee (made right that time too) I asked may I have the iced version of said drink. Y'all, this lady then pours it from that cup to one with ice, right in front of me and said here you go.. Nope, not at $10 a cup we absolutely do not. Today though,today was that day y'all. Today my daughter felt we needed that caffeine support so again against my better judgement I ended up in this location's drive thru places our order and was givin two of the completely wrong beverages and as we go to give them back for the correct orders the "barista" refused them back, acknowledged she gave us the wrong drink. Litlrely handed them to us we immediately say these aren't our order she agrees and says.. but I can't take them back and as we go back in fourth,seconds away from more coffees then cup holders. The short of it is receiving wrong orders more often than not and feeling dismayed once trying to correct...

I have been going here for the past seven years but all of a sudden about a year ago after one of the drive thru lady's went out she had her baby yay (this was a while back) new people started coming and it's not the new people it the manager she is horrible last week i went I almost always order ahead I always get iced coffee but I didn't order ahead I was picking my kids up from school order my same drink it's always extra large and iced but ine of the young girls handed me a hot coffee and I asked for I ice she said sorry and would remake it 10 seconds later the Manger lady came to the window and said I was wasting her product and this is the last time she was going to do this for me I was puzzled and shocked at the same time I told her never mind ill just take the got one and she said no no no this is the last time and fixed it but it made me feel bad and I already have ptsd it really rattled me now I think she thinks I'm someone she knows but I don't go out and every time since then that I have went there and she is their she always hands me the wrong thing and I never say anything anymore I did call customer service tho I felt bad even doing that sorry for the long review but I feel like people should know specifically people who have ptsd fr9m abuse because it really...

I order 2 Nitro Highrise one with Oat milk One with regular milk. Then I order one Nitro plain. I usually ask for a extra cup so I can mix our drinks half & half with the plain Nitro. Otherwise their really sweet. Drinks are always made correctly & done in a timely fashion. The main dining area is always clean & presentable. The Barista's are very kind & welcoming & They always ask for my rewards number.

I'm giving it 4 stars as the overall experience is Great. However using their restroom is not recommended. It's hit & miss on cleanliness. It could just be my luck but it's been rough in there. I will say public bathrooms in general are a danger zone & I'm convinced certain individuals (you know who you are) enjoy spreading their bodily fluids all over! Which is disgusting & Caribou's public restroom is not the appropriate setting for these types of activities! So for the staff their I do have empathy for them & they definitely don't get paid nearly enough to deal with that on a consistent basis!
