ElDorado Seafood — Restaurant in West Valley City

WOW! I have been to many Restaurants but by far this is the best experiences I've had in my life I will put it like this A Mexican Restaurant gone wild, Really!!!!! I Don't know where to begin but I will do my best to give you my experience..

If you Don't want to read any more just Go trust me Just Go and be amazed.

As arive at this restaurant you will see they are really involved in keeping everyone safe, as we have experienced many places don't respect the social distancing mandate, El Dorado is very engaged in this mater will doing business at the same time and for some of us this very important, some of my photos you will appreciate that as they make it very clear in the front door and as you walk in.

Now, after entering this restaurant I was greeted by the Owner of the restaurant, an amazing person that has created a wonderful atmosphere as all the workers make you feel the same welcoming filing this Gentlemen gave me,(my apologies, I forgot his name) I was just looking for some good food with a large group of friends and didn't have in mind doing a review but I just could not help my self as I love sharing my experiences with you guys and this one was a most.

Food was out of this would to put it lightly you will experience an explosion of flavors as you enjoy the well cooked and portion plates, if you are as hungry as I was portion is very important and they will make sure you are satisfied. Really!!!!!!!

I ordered a Tubo, is a cocktail style mountain of shrimps served with a special sauce sone mango and mini micheladas wow! A must. My friends had Sopa De Camarones that had an excellent portion of Shrimps. And they loved it.

Beer is served at this location and noise is really kept at a delightful and countable level a plus in my book as we love having a conversation. Over 17 TV screens that you will enjoy with different sports and programing. Family like atmosphere.

A very CLEAN place, it looks like this place was recently opened with a new car smell 😂 yes.. But it has been opend for years.

Food is Great here, We order from here at least once a week! and usually we can ignore the horrible costumer service but today the STORE MANGER was extremely RUDE. we usually always check our order before leaving the restaurant but this time I had to head back to work due to the fact that it was during my lunch time, once I got back to the office I realized my order was incorrect and I immediately called and tried to notified them that I was given the wrong order and if I there was anyway they could correct my order. Personal that answered my call didn't let me finish explaining the mistake before she started yelling at me and proceeded to ignore my needs, since I could not get a word in I asked if I could speak to a Manager to solve this problem. Instead of getting a solution the manager proceeded to yell over me as I was trying to explain the situation, I could not believed how unprofessional this service was at this point I decided that it was not worth the $11.00 extra I paid for this dish. If you want to be treated with such horrible customer service I would recommend this place!! I wish there was an option to give negative starts and I would. Owner should really consider having better training and base his hiring on customer...

Food is okay, nothing special. The service is terrible, worst service i’ve experienced. Our server was not attentive enough and talking with their friends. food took forever. We came in a couple hours before closing on a Sunday. As we were still eating our meal about 45 minutes before closing. Servers started sweeping, bringing out a vacuum and putting chairs on tables at our section. The place was still packed with customers on the front end but since we were the only ones seated by the liquor bar in the back they began violently cleaning that area. You DO NOT sweep near or around customers who are eating because dust and debris get into the air and the food. I could see food flying off of tables as the servers cleaned aggressively. Also they were noisy and scattering all around us which made us feel uncomfortable while we ate. Literally every table had chairs up and they had began mopping before we even finished our food. This was 30 minutes before closing. No other place has ever began sweeping, mopping and putting up chairs on tables while we eat let alone 30 minutes before closing. Place needs work. They need to invest in better AC and they need to retrain their...
