I have performed here in 1 show and am currently rehearsing for another one and OMG does this theater treat their actors incredibly! #1 they always have great snacks in the green room. I'm talking dehydrated blueberries, almonds, flaming hot cheetos and FRUIT SNACKS! If you're still not sold, okay. How about the amazing box office. Cypress is an amazing human being and will take care of you, your momma, your grandma and even your dog if they want tickets. The wig crew comes to knock everything out of the park. Collaborating with actors to make them feel comfortable, paying attention to details like giving POC actors textured wigs. The costumers do so much research and pour so much heart into their masterpieces, you step on stage in their creation and feel like you have been transported to that time period. And it's all durable! No hot glue on buttons here! Add on Wendy running around making sure stipends are disbursed on time, any liasing issues are taken care of and just making sure the Vibes are immaculate. And of course, with Vanessa Olson and Jeff Olsen (no relation) steering the ship. This is a theater I will go out of my way to audition at time and time again. Regardless of show, pro team or other factors. I love this...

I've seen many productions here, from musicals to plays and musical reviews. Always a good time and fantastic local performers! I've seen the same performers at other theaters that charge much more. The Utah talent is amazing, and the price here is affordable. Season tickets make it even more so! The building is a classic venue in the style of an arena stage, so every seat is a good seat. The sound system is better than most in this area , which makes a huge difference.

For many shows, they make use of the entire room, with some scenes taking place at the midlevel height by the audience. I prefer the third or fourth row, so I'm a little above than the stage but close enough to see the actors' faces clearly. Some of my favorite shows here were West Side Story, Into the Woods, The Foreigner, and the musical review tribute to Fats Waller. I feel we even had some Broadway level talent at Tale of Two Cities.

I'm glad this venue is available on the west side of the valley since a lot of entertainment venues have taken up residence on the east side. It serves my...

WOW! I am blown away by the TALENT at West Valley Arts! Jekyll and Hyde just had their closing night and it was absolutely phenomenal! In fact, I went back to see this show 4 times because it was so spectacular! Each time I brought more friends and family, 18 of us on closing night!! (and I have no relation to anyone in the production)! Every lead was incredible…vocals, acting, emotion, etc! Broadway talent, no question! They gave me chills and goose bumps so many times! I didn’t want the show to end!! The ensemble was amazing as well. The special effects, choreography, and staging were all on point as well. Truly my favorite show of 2024! And for $25! This place is no joke. They are the pinnacle of community theater. You could see and feel the heart and love these actors have for what they are doing. Truly theater magic!!! I can’t wait for the 2025 season. I will be at every show, likely multiple times. Well done, West Valley...

Incredible shows! This last season took my breath away several times—incredible actors, beautiful sets, kind staff, themed concessions, and affordable tickets. Their production of The Headless Horseman had an actual headless horseman roaming the front of the building before the show. They had a Dominican and Caribbean food truck festival for their production of In The Heights. Their most recent production, Shakespeare In Love, had the local calligraphy guild posted in the lobby, writing and designing patrons' names and short sayings. I also love that in every show, the theater displays unique, production-inspired art created by local artists. This isn't just going to see a show. This theater creates an experience. This is what community theater should look like!

I used to attend Hale shows at this theatre and I went back for the first time last night to see Clue. I wasn’t sure how the quality of show/actors would compare but it was a fabulous show. I love the theatre in the round and the clever staging and sets. I love that it’s easy to get to and the tickets are reasonably priced for such a great production! I will definitely be back! Im not sure if it happens with every show (I hope so!) but there was an art gallery with artists’ work relating to Clue and props with the 6 murder weapons for photo ops. What a fun idea! I was disappointed that there were many empty seats and hope that will change as word gets out about the quality of theatre art!

The theater was very nice. I had never been to a theater in the round before but it was pretty cool! The whole cast was awesome! I loved the slow-mo scenes and the transitions "running from room to room." I didn't expect the play to be funny but it was hilarious! The recap the butler did was amazing! I don't know how he went so fast and kept everything straight! Lol. Here's some photos of preplay fun...There was a photo backdrop for guests to pretend they were the murderers...
