Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in West Valley City

Sometimes it is the small things. I have odd dietary requirements so I naturally asked a few questions. The answers I received were not just accurate but helpful and kind.

Even after I thought I had figured everything out the ladies took the extra steps and advised me of the mistake I had made.

None of it was a huge stand out moment for me at the time but each small action added up and really ment the world to me.

I generally trust Papa Murphy's but this branch showed honest concern and care. We often take if for granted that those in the service industry are just supposed to behave in this way. In fact corporations constantly preach to thier staff that they must always be kind and prompt. Unfortunate as far as honest human experiences are concerned these are not attributes easily faked.

I have no doubt this was a perfectly kind human moment and yet still I struggle to find the right words to express how very much it means to me.

So I come into the store to grab dinner. Ordered a cowboy pizza with half NO SAUCE, BECAUSE I CANT EAT TOMATOES!!! GRRR!!! GUESS WHAT I GOT INSTEAD OF MY HALF NO SAUCE COWBOY PIZZA, YEP A FULL SAUCE PIZZA!!! NOT HAPPY THAT I GOT TO EAT NO DINNER BUT RAMEN NOODLES TONIGHT!!! THE ORDER WAS EVEN READ BACK TO ME JUST HOW I ORDERED IT!!! Guess the pizza maker just couldn't read the order before throwing sauce on the whole pizza eh?? I love their thin crust! All of their pizza's are great. But like a couple of wks ago while I waited for my order the place was jammed with customers. I waited for the pizza at the end of the food line only to see the workers standing in basically hard floor. The most they moved was a foot in distance. I believe in order to achieve 5 stars all conditions have to be met and the employees was painful to watch, yet they were on fire getting the orders out.
