Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in West Valley City

After trying this finally, I just can't see why people flipped over this coming to Utah.

My chicken wasn't seasoned at all. No salt, no nothing but the sauce was NOTHING to brag about either and was pretty gross, so I didn't really want to eat the chicken. Though the chicken was moist, having no seasoning just made it blah. I thought I was being too judgemental of the food but my son had my chicken I wouldn't eat and agreed, it had zero seasoning and wasn't good. How did that even happen? Fries were okay but could have gone another minute or so in the fryer. At least the oil wasn't old. So that's a plus. Coleslaw, one would argue, you can't mess up but this is untrue. This one was alright though. Little watery but good. The toast was just limp, thick bread. This should really be packaged separately if orders are to go or it's soggy from the steam of the chicken and not as expected at all. Finally, what in the world is wrong with your soda machine? Awesome pebble ice but the Coke was so watered down, I questioned what I was drinking. Turn up that syrup - don't be afraid.

I feel like this was hyped up to be way better than it was and especially for the price, just want that great. All in all, no clue why people go crazy over this sauce and chicken, and I've had better. At least I can say I tried it, but this isn't something I'll crave...

I never write reviews because I know sometimes it can be hard in the kitchen…but I went to canes after a long 12hr shift just wanting something warm to eat. The person taking my order was kind but he wasn’t getting anything I was saying right I had to repeat myself a couple time. I ordered the sandwich combo with extra lettuce and cane sauce also on the side, without repeating the order back to me he tells me to pull forward. I go to the window and a young girl gives me my drink and to my surprise it was a large drink that I got charged for which I did not order. I let that go and asked her if they got the extra lettuce I asked for she said “no but I can tell them too right now” which I heard her tell them. She then gave me the price which was 2$ more than I was expecting, I didn’t mind paying I was just confused on the pricing. After I paid she gave me my receipt and it shows the extra lettuce, the large drink, and it said no sauce on the sandwich and charged me for it to be on the side. It wasn’t what I was expecting but I was okay with it. I drive home get comfortable ready to eat my food and there is NO Lettuce at all and NO canes sauce on the sandwich nor on the side!!! I ordered my food on the app ahead of time for curbside pickup because I was in a crunch for time so that I could get it and go about my busy day as soon as I got there the app sent me a notification saying I have arrived right on my estimated eta but I made sure to check the app again and manually press the I’m here option and waited and waited and waited after 20 min of waiting and watching the empty drive thru I went inside wondering what was going on I ask for the status of my food to find out it’s been sitting on the pick up shelf the entire time even though I chose the curbside option that specifically asked for color make and model of my vehicle why have the option if you’re going to ignore the request after a sarcastic and insincere apology they handed me the now cold chicken that’s been sitting there irritated at this point I asked if they really expected me to take cold chicken and all got was we can re make it while I waited taking away even more time sadly this was my attempt to give them a second chance because prior to this I had a very very rude employee get mad at me for her getting my order wrong handing me someone else’s food instead of mine at the drive thru horrible customer...
