Bad Habits Bar & Grill — Restaurant in West Virginia

Pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was delicious I got the morning glory burger with fries and a small old bay wings order with ranch. My partner got the wet jerky and old bay with honey drizzle. All the wings were amazing and the burger was good tho I didn't finish it because it was so big. We also got the loaded sweet potato fries they were very sweet but a great combination. Every one was friendly and food was reasonably priced only spent about 75 bucks for a small order (6) wings a medium order (12) wings. A Red Bull and vodka, a Coke, a morning glory burger with fries and loaded sweet potato fries. The employees were wonderful they started a fire in the back area and put on the football game for us. The cook came out and spoke to us. The inside was loud because of the rock band but truly everyone was great. I'm docking a star simply because the outside and the way you enter are a little off putting and if it's your first time there it can be a little overwhelming...

Since meeting my girlfriend and her karaoke family I have been coming to this bar for a fun and relaxing nite before the crazy work week starts. Im not sure why there is an issue starting last week with a manager and a new bartender. I just had surgery so for me to smoke I have to exit to the front of the building because the smoking area out back is not handicap accessible. Several times this evening these ladies have caused nothing but problems and drama for the karaoke DJ and the patrons. I will never come back to this bar. If your bills require you to be a professional in the hospitality industry then you shouldn't upset the people who bring in the customers nor upset the customers. This is unacceptable. I was also given Food poison from the former cooks at this establishment. They didnt rotate stock and served out of date food and products. I wish you well but after tonight I will never send...

On a scale of 1 to 10 Location (10) Front desk and greeting (10) Wait staff (10) Bartender was great and very personable Drinks (10) Cleanliness (2) Im sorry but this place needs to work on some things Food (2) Quality and Value (2) When we first visited this place the reviews raved about the food. I really want this place to succeed. I used to come to this place when it was other bars and it was always a good time. When you walk into this place you smell mold. Thats a very easy fix. Remediate. They moved the bar and it made more space great idea. Bartender was awesome. Kitchen was trashed. You can clearly see the microwave they use because its right next to a curtain they have hanging in the door. By the way you shouldnt have a curtain because of cleanliness. And the food is subpar at best. And please tell the cook to stay back in the kitchen unless he is wearing something...
