Crumbl — Restaurant in West Virginia

To be honest I have had some bad experiences stopping by here in the evenings after work. I had no intentions of coming back i would just have to commute when I had a sweet tooth. This was until I decided to stop by on my way into work. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the whole staff. Each employee made it a point to acknowledge me. Everybody was all smiles hard at work. For the first time my order was 100% right and brought to me with such an enthusiasm!! I made it a point to get some of the names off the hats of the employees there. This crew really deserves a pat on the back! They completely changed my view of this place and I will be returning in the morning now, knowing I will have a great experience and the best service!! Two days ago I stopped in on my way traveling back to Hagerstown from Winchester, around 10:30am. There was a young lady purchasing one cookie (a newbie), after she left I placed my order. (Wedding cake, peanut butter blossom and fruit pizza) The young lady taking my order was pleasant and cheerful and I noticed about 7 employees working. When I was shown my order, I noticed the cookies were not neatly decorated but I quickly overlooked the presentation knowing the taste would more than make up for it! After placing my box in the car, I looked at my hand and noticed I had icing all over it. The side of the box had icing all over it! When we bit into the cookies they were undercooked, raw dough still in the centers. I’ve been to Crumbl Cookie in Charleston, SC (several times) and most recently Frederick, MD and LOVED them!!! I’m giving one star but love their cookies. The only thing I’m upset about is their customer service regarding any issues. I DO NOT recommend placing an order for catering on their app!!! My order was not ready and they had no recollection of even having my order. When I called to see if my order was ready they told me they didn’t know there was a catering order so they weren’t sure if they could have them done that night. I literally had to change up my plans for the next day and picked them up the next morning. I told the girl to tell the manager that I was upset since I was having to set up and cook for a sweet 16 so that’s why I placed the order for the day before so I didn’t have to go out again since I was like 30 min away from their store. The manager didn’t seem to care and didn’t even know of the situation. I placed this order more than 2 weeks...
