Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

I've been eating ledo's pizza for so many years and it's always been my favorite place to buy pizza. I have now had three instances of awful pizza from the Martinsburg location specifically. Last night I couldn't believe what we received . Okay so we asked for extra sauce but they gave us extra cheese. The crust oddly was non-existent in the middle. We were literally just scraping up cheese with a little bit of sauce with a spatula from the box because the crust was oddly not there at all. The whole pizza was so grossly soggy and even the crust was not crispy. It's almost as if this pizza wasn't cooked at all. It was beyond gross. And of course we live 20 minutes away, 40 round trip, so taking it back wasn't an option. On top of that they forgot our extra sauce, but that didn't matter anyway because we ended up throwing the leftovers away because if The pizza was that awful new, I can't even imagine how it would have been reheated. It was just a mess. I thought the last time that we went to the Martinsburg location and got a subpar pizza that it was a fluke. That's not the case. This was by far the worst food we've ever received from ledo's. I'm really beginning to think that the pizza may have been halfway cooked? I have no idea what would make the crust disappear and the part of the pizza that did have crust was...

The store is clean and I had high hopes because the Manassas, VA and Warrenton, VA locations are AMAZING. I am sorely disappointed.

First time I visited: The broccoli cheddar soup was disgusting, I couldn't finish it. It tasted like sour milk with soggy broccoli (But not soft or fully cooked) It took over 35 minutes for our food to come out. And never received a refill/was ignored by our server.

Second time I visited: (I try not to judge first time, maybe it was a fluke) The broccoli cheddar soup was still disgusting. It tasted like someone took soup milk and soaked broccoli in it, but never cooked the broccoli and also added 0 seasonings or anything that would make it the right soup... There is not cheese in it? I don't know.

Anyway. We ordered the ravioli (2 types) as our entree and both orders came out after 45 minutes and were frozen in the middle (Like CRUNCH, ouch my tooth, frozen) we told our waitress and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for new ravioli, which, thank goodness was cooked properly. The waitress was good in the beginning but afterwards, I guess she figured she would get no tip, didn't give us refills or see us after the food came out. I MIGHT give it one more try if a friend recommends it, but I'm personally never choosing this Ledo's...

Avoid this place at all costs I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The management is a complete disaster—unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in providing decent service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which became painfully obvious as we waited over an hour for our food.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was barely cooked. The dough was raw in the center, and the toppings were cold. The appetizer came out around the same time as my food, which initially wasn't an issue to me until I noticed the chicken was still frozen on the inside. It was inedible, and when I brought it up to the server, they brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude. Soon after this I heard a lot of laughter and cursing in the back.
