Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

On Sunday 12/18/16, my son and I drove into the Dominoes parking lot at 33 True Apple Way in Inwood, WV and they had removed one of the concrete parking barrriers and left the rebar spikes sticking up and my son drove over one and it damaged his tire beyond repair. The manager "Amber" said she" would call her supervisor but they will not do anything." After repeated attempts to have her give us some kind of an answer, an hour later she came out and said "Well, you were using our lot to go to the auto parts store, so..." At which point I cut her off and told her no that we were going to order pizza, but that does not matter. Then she said "Well you didn't order anything so you are not a customer, so we can't help you." So my son has been calling corporate and they have been giving him the run around and then telling him that he would have to go through the franchise owner. The owner and anyone else from Dominoes has yet to contact my son to make this right. This time it was only a tire. I am very concerned about their lack of care for customer safety. A child or someone else could fall on or trip over those spikes. Someone needs to step up and take...

Unbelievable!! I walked into the store and I’m greeted by absolute bedlam - like no one is in charge - some blonde haired girl was spouting off obscenities at a male co-worker and what’s worse, neither of them looked a day over 16...just imagine if I had my 8 yo with me!!

I almost turned around and left, but I was hungry so I paid for my order and on the way back to my car I noticed two employees outside. One was sitting on the trunk of a white car and was the only one wearing a different colored shirt (I think it was black, couldn’t tell though since it was dark), but I couldn’t help but overhear what she said, “I’m just an assistant manager, that’s not my job...” I didn’t catch the rest, but the other employee responded (as he flicked his cigarette across the parking lot in my direction!!), “Yeah, I don’t blame you, (...unintelligible...) who cares if it’s outdated” She just laughed

Love Dominoes and the crew at the Inwood shop are wonderful friendly people! And the coupons lately have been great. I just wish they would take a little extra care in preparing the order. I've always gotten the correct toppings here. The problem is they tend to swamp in the middle rather than evenly spread and last couple of pizzas have almost no dough in center with really thick crusts - had to eat both with a fork. Ended up throwing out most of the one I ordered Friday because it seemed like the dough was raw in the middle. Maybe this is happening when they shove it in the oven? It's also been very hit and miss on the garlic butter on the crust - and of course it's a federal crime to forget that! I think just some retraining on prep would go a long way and maybe some manager inspection (app says they do that) before boxing.
