Fat Angelo's — Restaurant in West Virginia

I ordered a pizza and an order of garlic parm fries. I went out to my truck for the 10 minute wait i was told it would be. After going back inside i went to the restroom. When i walked out i witnessed 2 employees (1 male & 1 female) eating french fries from a to-go container. There were no customers after me so I got to wondering if those were my french fries the 2 employees were eating from...low and behold, they were.

I WAS FLABBERGASTED!!!

After being confronted about eating the fries from the to-go box, the female employee denied eating the fries (I seent ya do it) and the male employee simply walked around the corner where I could not see him and did not return to view... Another employee offered to make me a fresh order of fries to replace the tainted order...

The Loco-Taco pizza we ordered was not very good... Not knocking them for that... we just didn't care for it....

3/12/2020 I stopped at the Fat Angelos in cheat lake wv as always the food was fantastic and the tables were clean My previous dine in at the westover establishment I couldn't find a clean table I can understand if it was a Friday night and was busy but this was a Monday at 11:30 am so no excuse for dirty tables......now while I was eating at the cheat lake establishment a employee came to the dining area and even cleaned a table after the customers left and politely asked me if I needed anything else I politely replied with a no thanks and applauded him for cleaning the tables good job..... I gave a 4 star because this is a very small establishment holds maybe 25 customers I was given plastic utensils it was impossible to cut up my strombolli not a very big place to not have metal silverwareI will return for another lunch in the future lets hope next time there's real utensils for my hungry...

Food is delicious, but delivery service is horrible. We ordered our food for delivery. We waited an hour before calling the store to ask how much longer it would, only to be told that we were outside of their delivery radius. We are 5.2 miles from the restaurant and the radius is 7 miles. The delivery driver called once, probably to tell us that they couldn’t deliver to us, but no one answered when we answered. We then called them back 3 times with no answer. The only options we were given was to pick up our food that had been sitting out for an hour now or get a refund, which won’t be put back into our account until Monday.

EDIT: I emailed the support team, who then asked for the order number. I sent it to them and have not heard back since August 29th. I will not...
