Fox's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

I ordered a pizza for pickup and was quoted 30 minutes till it was ready. I showed up in 35 minutes and there was no one at the counter 15 minutes prior to closing. I repeatedly asked "Hello, is anyone there?" and did not get a response. After a few minutes, I saw an individual cleaning in the back, they glanced in my direction and I asked again, no response. I'll have to give them the benefit of the doubt that they had air pods or something in but they didn't hear me and then continued to hide in the back out of sight. Young kid (maybe 14) and 20-30s skinny dude with ponytail were both eating and drinking while cooking/handling food and talking to customers. Food safe issue. Plus I ordered pick up and arrived within the given pickup window for my order to find they hadn’t even started the order. The place was empty, nothing else going on, they were just talking to each other. When I got back to my hotel I found they got my order wrong and put mayonnaise on my wedgie when I ordered without. Fox's pizza has good food at reasonable prices. We love their subs! They are large and have a great selection of toppings. Good pizza in a variety of sizes and shapes(round and rectangular) and wedgies, and strombolis. Good selection of appetizers and some desserts as well.
