i usually never do this but I had to speak on this because I feel like no one ever thinks about what someone else is going through. I recently moved out here from jersey and this is the only Starbucks my family had gone to since last July. Everyone is so nice and helpful ( even when they are busy with orders ). Today I was just grabbing drinks for my sisters and mom because we have recently returned home from seeing my grandmother for the last time. Starbucks is literally my sisters go to so I thought I could cheer her up today. My sister was the one to find my grandmother so itās been an really bad day for her. For my order i pulled up to the drive thru and she was instantly nasty to me but she could be having an bad day so I just brushed it off. She then makes me repeat my orders twice ( I ordered 4 drinks ). She then gets nasty with me when I ask for a shot of raspberry and peach juiceā¦. I go to the window and ask to reload my card before she scans she then literally just stares at me thatās when I get nasty because Iām not the one and today is not the day. She then proceeds to hand me 4 drinks without a Cup carrier⦠I ask for an cup carrier and she still pushes for me to grab the drinks ( with what space am I to hold 4 drinks in my car ). This is all going to say is just being a little kind can go a far way for someone. What I am saying today is that she should never be on the window again because she just has an nasty attitude and if she is nasty again she probably wonāt get me as an customer who killed her...

Itās 7:45 and Iām still waiting for my food to be done. When I got my first set of egg bites, the center was completely cold. Which thankfully I noticed before taking a bite- the outside of the egg bites were cold to the touch.
The girl doing ovens didnāt bring all my food out all at once either. The egg bites came out cold, then were followed 12 minutes later by a lightly toasted bagel. The woman on ovens is obviously trying to cut times by pulling things out too early. You guys could get someone sick!! Jeez. Please cook food safely!!
I finally went up and told them this was my second remake for one item and was able to get a refund. But now I have no time to eat my breakfast before work. They gave me a refund, but it still sucks. Donāt go to this store if time management...

This one star review is specific to the long lines at this location, particularly in the drive-thru, which ends up blocking the right lane on Lancaster Ave. Starbucks needs to figure this out. It was a problem before COVID and it is a bigger problem now. This location does not seem able to accommodate the long lines that form throughout the day, especially in the mornings and I hope this review brings corporate attention to this matter and it eventually gets resolved. I love my Flat Whites but I find myself seeking substitutes just to avoid dealing with this line. Again, the staff here are awesome and very friendly and I love my experience when the lines are decent. I hope they figure out the drive-thru...
