I recently had the most fantastic shopping experience at Moda Gentlemen, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations (after I found it — Google isn't yet up-to-date on the new location, which is upstairs by the food court).

First and foremost, I must commend Manny, the knowledgeable and attentive associate who assisted me. Without me saying a word, Manny seemed to understand my style and preferences effortlessly. He expertly sized me up and skillfully fitted me with an incredible three-piece suit. Manny's attention to detail and his ability to choose the perfect ensemble for me left me impressed and grateful.

What impressed me further was the remarkable affordability of the products at Moda Gentlemen. Even though I never asked about the price during my visit, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out. For just $264, I walked away with a magnificent three-piece suit and a stylish bow tie for my good friend's black-tie-optional wedding. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the quality and craftsmanship of the items.

I went back for a pair of shoes, which were a great deal. While they may not be a well-known brand, they were comfortable and looked far more elegant than the Rockport dress shoes I've had for the last 13 years. Moda Gentlemen truly knows how to offer top-notch products at unbeatable prices.

On both visits, I was in and out in no time, which was a pleasant surprise considering the attention to detail and personalized service I received. Moda Gentlemen is a fantastic store with a large, eclectic, and reasonably priced selection of formal attire.

The location, while a bit tricky to find, is just nearby the food court in Exton Square Mall. There is plenty of mall parking, but you may have to have a short walk to get to the store entrance. The owner, Mani, greeted us upon entry and was wonderfully pleasant throughout the whole experience. We chatted about our families and miscellaneous subjects while he EXPERTLY fitted us with suits and helped us select pieces to match. He was able to figure out sizes at a glance and was able to get my friend's suit altered and fitted well within our timeframe needed.

The store has a WIDE variety of colors, styles, and sizes (even up to very large sizes) of suits, shirts, shoes, ties, accessories, etc.

Overall, the experience was wonderful and very well-priced. We left the store feeling like we had just struck a goldmine in terms of quality and variety...and we were well within our budget. We will most definitely be back to shop again and I'd recommend anyone looking for men's formal-wear to...

I recently had an appalling experience with Manny at Moda Gentleman. From start to finish, the level of service was nothing short of disgraceful. Not only did he make numerous mistakes with my order—incorrect measurements, wrong fabric, you name it—but when I pointed out these issues, he refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he had the audacity to blame me, insinuating that the errors were due to my "fluctuating" size.

To make matters worse, he outright insulted another customer in the store, making a snide comment about their weight. It's shocking to see such unprofessional behavior in a customer service role, especially in a business that relies on making people feel confident in what they wear.

I strongly advise anyone considering this store to stay far away. The lack of accountability and respect from Manny is unacceptable. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere—somewhere that treats customers with the dignity and professionalism...
