This review was needed to be posted for a long time coming. There is so many places wrong with this place that it is appalling.
Manager closes the whole store for a Birthday Party and claims its a Christmas party when the birthday balloons and cake are seen clearly through the play place door.
That same manager answered the phone when I called to ask why the doors were locked with NO SIGNS VISIBLE stating why they closed (even on drive thru) in exact words "It's my store, I will do what I want. Fu*k You" and hung up
They are on Route 9 the most traveled HIGHWAY for truck drivers. Massachusetts regulations state if you are on a highway you must be open 24 hours.
They close when they feel like it. Mcdonald's corperate says 12 am, 1 am, 2 am or 24 hours. I would know for I have family who work in Mcdonald's buisnesses....unfortunately the rude manager never got this memo and lets them close any where from 5pm -10pm
Drive thru is always a living nightmare even freddy krueger wouldn't want to be a part of. Yeah. That'a right...I said it. They have two lanes (WORST. IDEA. EVER.) and they decreased in efficiency since the upgrade by 80%. We have gotten half frozen food, cold food, our orders messed up, those entitled teens who don't want to lift a finger waiting on us, and people eating and drinking behind the counter IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS....WHICH IS A SERVE SAFE/OSHA VIOLATION.

Read moreWorst customer service experience ever combined with technical issues on your mobile app. I ordered on the app before I went to the location like I always do. Normally I pull up to the curbside because I had problems with people knowing what the code I was instructed to give them is. Today however, it was raining. So I decided to he the nice person and go to the drive thru so nobody had to walk out into the rain. Yet again, nobody knew what the code was. I was told to drive up to the window. Then that person still didn't know and sent me to the pick up window. They said they didn't have my order so I should go back to curbside like I normally do. When I checked in curbside I received and error message telling me to go inside. I wait in a massive 10 minute line to get to the counter and show the message like it says on the app to just he told we don't have your order and then proceeded to help the next person in line. Read moreI went inside, placed my order and then returned home. Upon inspecting my food, I saw something that looked like a bite size piece missing from the patty! I returned the food to the store and got a hold of the manager. He told me that it was from the food sticking on the fryer and the spatula caused that piece to break off. If that’s what happened, then they should inspect the food before serving it to customers. I include pictures here to show the issue and what it’s supposed to look like. I suppose what really happened will be a mystery.
I demanded a refund and had them remake my order. I don’t write negative reviews but this was something worth mentioning and I urge the franchise owner to look into this issue. General warning: (1) check your food before eating/leaving and (2) if there’s an issue report it to the manager.
