Here is my true review/feedback on what I saw during my visit.

First of all- we received buy 1 and get one pamphlet which was valid from may14 to may18,2025 (as a part of grand opening) we visited them on 16th and first thing they told is no more applicable(I mean there was nothing mentioned like for limited stock or available for first day only or anything about being discontinuity) anyways we ordered our food.

They told us the wait time is 1 hr for pick up. We said ok we will wait. Then I stayed there, I thought they might give us early but we were given our order after 1 hr 15 mins and below is what I found out: 1- all the employees(including manager was supper stressed and feel like they are struggling) were not managed 2- they were serving food as per the ingredients were present- there were no refills on time(e.g. they served someone raj kachouri whith only 1 spoon of yogirt however when the refills was done they served next order of raj kachouri with 4/5 full spoons. So clearly they are compromising flavours 3- we ordered chana bhature- As i mentioned our wait time was 1 hr, when we stood there, there was one bhatura on the counter and was being used as a plate to out strainer. When they started working on our order(which was approx 1 hr 15 mins) the employee put the same bhatoora in our box (which is cold- stale- filled with oil) I mean are you serious about serving your customer who are expecting fresh and genuine food( where are your standards) However, we asked them to change it and they did but the one they packed was not cooked through 4- our raj kachouri was made 40 mins before giving us our whole order, so tillt he time we reached home the curd was all soaked up and everything was soggy. And it was not the best part of our meal during the day. 4- most of the customers were coming with the same pamphlet (Buy1 and Get1) so big disappointment for all 5- timings for the place is till 9 but they stopped taking order after 7:45. And many customers went back without eating or any food) 6- while I was standing and waiting for my order, there was one elderly couple waiting for their order and old lady went to manager and mentioned that its been more than 1 hr since they places their order and they have not received their food, manager said they are sorry but they have so many order and they cant do anything. (Wow I was surprised that people have to wait for 1 hr 30Mins to just get served) 7- they are compromising flavors which is very dishonest 8-No ambience 9-No service Over all 2.5-3 (felt so pity for all the employees) I was clearly so overwhelmed by just looking at them. We took so many different dishes and they all were bang on street style. Explosion of flavors inside our mouth.

I have been looking for good raj kachori for such a long time. My search is now over.

The kachori chaat was exactly as expected.

The chutney inside vada pao were so so good.

Dabeli was very fulfilling.

Kati roll - kids liked it

The service and the smiling faces were cherry on the top.

I will be coming here more often than I thought. This will be my go to place.

The owner just got us newly introduced raam ladoo as complimentary dish and it is a must try. This street food we have only had in Delhi last year and it brought back so many memories in one bite.

Grateful for this business to open in our area as they are not just doing everything that everyone is doing but trying new dishes from across the nation. That makes it all the more special.

A Frustrating Experience We Won’t Repeat

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst takeout experiences we've had. The sweet potato fries arrived completely raw,oily and stale (totally inedible). It’s baffling how food leaves the kitchen in that state.

We explicitly ordered dry veg Manchuria, but what we received was drenched and soggy. Giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, we returned and politely requested a fix. They assured us they had corrected it—but somehow managed to hand us the same wet mess again. At that point, we couldn’t even stomach a bite and ended up trashing everything.

What’s most disappointing isn’t just the poor food quality, but the careless attitude. If a dish is botched twice after a complaint, it’s clear there’s no attention to detail or respect for the customer’s time and money.
