Read moreGreat new wine bar that has a very chill and welcoming vibe. My wife and I checked it out last night when we were looking for a cool place to get a beer or something in Westerly. There was a very talented musician playing just the right mood for a relaxed Friday night.
They have an excellent selection of interesting wines and beers, plus some really good bar snacks. You can get cheese from one of the best cheesemakers in the country which is nearby in Connecticut.
There's a minimalist feel to the place that is perfectly done. Art displayed can be purchased, and it's atypical for the area, which is a welcome change. Dawnlands has an urban laidback sophisticated style.

Overall vibe is Parisian wine bar meets 1970s California surf art gallery. Very well curated wine list and sake menu. I had the organic orange wine from Umbria Italy and the Heiwa Junmai sake from Japan. Both incredible. They have a very small but, again, very well curated snack menu. Can def recommend the organic sourdough crackers, Portuguese sardines, and Grecian Olives. Great service. Great Atmosphere. Great flavors. 10/10...
