Zoë & Co. Professional Bra Fitters — Local services in Westerly

Years ago I discovered the comfort of "luxury" bras at Nordstrom. When you are a large breasted woman, "luxury" means the bras fit well, are flattering, and provide support where the typical bra does not. My local Nordstrom closed up shop, and I was left with amazing bras but no place to buy them. I tried a local shop and was very dissatisfied with their service and attitude. I did not purchase anything there. Approximately 2 years ago I discovered Zoe & Co in Hyannis while on vacation and fell in love. Hyannis is not local to me so they recommended the Westerly store. I finally made a trip down to Westerly which is still a 45 minute drive and was thankful and grateful for the undivided attention provided to me. I was looking for a new bra or two as well as the appropriate undergarments for my mother of the bride dress. The consultant was very patient, listened to my concerns and quirky wishes. After approximately 15 minutes she realized she did not have the expertise to find what I needed and called in another consultant who did. Between the two of them I must have tried on 50 bras and I don't know how may smoothing briefs, but alas I came out with a strapless bra, a high ultra smoothing long line brief, and an "everyday" bra. They spent almost 2 hours working with me. I was thrilled with my experience in Westerly, as I was in Hyannis. Since I travel back and fort to northern NH frequently, I look forward to trying out the Concord store.

My experience at Zoe's was amazing! The woman who fit me was very helpful. While she was getting me in the right size she explained to me how a bra should fit and I learned so much. After she got my size, she brought in a huge selection of bras that ranged from every day smooth bras to fancy lacy ones. The fitter also told me that they keep a card for me, so they keep track of my size and what I've purchased- which is awesome because I know I'll want more of what I got. They also keep a "likes list" so I can make a little wish list for other people shopping for me. I know it'll help my boyfriend Christmas shop!!! After I finished trying all the bras I was interested in she showed me sports bras and swims suits that HAVE BRAS IN THEM. SO AMAZING. I can finally go running and go to the beach without being nervous one of the ladies is going to jump out and make a run for it! I was very disappointed at Zoe & Co. If you are a small woman then don't bother waisting your time or going out of your way to go there, and from what I saw, the quality is just as good as department stores with a much higher price tag. For a company that specializes in All sizes is a joke. And as for the store itself, it is very small with only some underware to brouse thru, I didn't see any bra's to look at. A very young un-professional looking girl will ask you if you want to be sized or what your size is, then they bring what is in stock to you. If you want a professional with outstanding customer service, and merchandise that is much better in quality, that you can actually brouse thru the store and see everything that is in stock, then I would recommend Soma Intimates. I went to Soma's two day before Zoe & Co. and regret that I took the ride to Zoe's. Soma's also had 40% off sale rack's, where as I did not see any merchandise let alone a sale rack.
