Fazoli's — Restaurant in Westerville

I have never been treated so rudely and made so uncomfortable at a restaurant this place here love the food and I usually go around lunch time but we were last minute shopping at Walmart and decided to stop in and eat boy was that a mistake cashier didn’t understand nothing I said or ask so he grabbed another person to help but instead he made it worse I ordered two of the same entrees I made it very clear creamy I said it 3 to 4 times he put me done for 3 meats so when it came to the table I told the server that’s not what we ordered he new what we ordered so he took. One back and left the other came back with one entree I’m looking like where is the other one I finally get up go to the counter try to explain but the guy was so rude trying to say I said three meat to the point I had to speak louder finally the manager comes up and starts yelling at me mind you she is listening to everything going on and could have stopped him instead she took his side she had no control of this guy cause he would not shut up even while she was talking it was a nightmare very disappointing specially when I love the food but services take away from going there and a 11 year shouldn’t have to deal with...

Well I walk in it's a very nice place I tell the young lady I have never been there she gives me a number 28 and says put it at the table so I go and put it at the table proceed to sit there 20-30 minutes and she comes and says oh you need to order I did that come to find out there was a Karen that literally came in act like she was one person and then brought 30 people in and took over brought in a gentleman with a handicap wheelchair and he proceeded to tell me oh did we block you in yeah you did the crazy part is I go until the young lady her name was supposed to be faith there was nothing about faith very unprofessional and tells me oh we don't control where people sit but you have a seat of 30 come in and take over a family of two who had never been there before so would I ever eat at this restaurant again hell no do y'all need to work on your customer service yes so different than Olive Garden you say if you dine in you get unlimited bread will you only brought me four pieces of your bread and did not come back to check on us why because I was black my husband is Mexican and this is a white restaurant in Westerville I don't accept it and I'll never...

This is an Italian fast food joint and one of only a few in the northeast Columbus area. The food is okay for what you pay for. They have various pasta dishes, pizza, and salad. I've eaten here a few times a year for over a decade and the location has actually changed very little in that time. The inside serves food at your table which is a neat little touch. The fountain drinks feature free refills and the cutlery is metal, not plastic. It helps separate it from most normal fast food experiences.

The drive thru is a tad cramped from time to time. The building is on a smaller piece of land than usual, but it's usually not a big deal. The only real nitpick is how heavy the food is. It's tasty (for fast food), but some dishes can get quite greasy and they lean on cheese a little too heavily. There are less heavy options, though, so those who don't enjoy stern lectures from their doctor can still eat here lol.

I enjoy eating here, and the restaurant is clean with a friendly staff and an inviting dining room and the food is reasonably priced. However, it's important to keep things in perspective. This is fast food for sure.
