This location's food quality was sub-par from our other First Watch experiences. First off, we went on-line to get on their "wait list" and was told there was a 10 - 15 minute wait, to which we agreed was reasonable. When we arrived 7 minutes later and " checked in", we were informed there would ACTUALLY BE A 35 - 40 MINUTE MORE WAIT TO BE SEATED. That turned into a 63 minute wait to get a table. The wait services after being seated was initially quick and efficient and our orders were taken without any issue. From the order going in, it took 40+ minutes for our meals to appear from the kitchen and the quality and flavor was "BLAH" at best. Overall, the wait services seem that our service area was in The Land That Time Forgot. ZERO on drink refills, asking about food quality, were the servings what we had ordered, (which 1 was not what we ordered), nor did we want anything else? The bill was just dropped off " on the fly" never to see our serve again. NOT A HAPPY...
Read moreFirst Watch is one of my favorite brunch spots, but this location did not have it together. The online wait system confirmed my spot in line but was not registered with the restaurant upon arrival. Management admitted I had done everything correctly and weren’t sure why they did not get my reservation. While the dining room was full, our server stopped by our table twice in the first 10 minutes we were seated and then not again for at least 45 minutes while we waited for our food. Clearly busy, but not understaffed, it was never mentioned that the kitchen was behind and we waited patiently for substandard food. One of the dishes came out over cooked and unpleasant. Clearly noticing our distaste, our waitress began constantly apologizing and asked if there was anything she could do. We said we were fine but the food wasn’t what we expected. Thankfully at the end of the meal they comped our food. Not their best work and will likely not return to this location...
Read morei’ve eaten here before and the food is decent. though, i went in for an interview and the woman interviewing me, priscilla, was rude the moment i walked in the door. she told me to sit down, so i did, but she had me move to the other side of the booth in the exact spot she wanted me to sit in. she asked me to tell her about myself, in which i did. i told her when i was available and she told me to “grow up” because i said i couldn’t work fridays.. weird. i ask more questions and she basically says they have limited hours available.. so why are you hiring? and after a two and a half minute interview, she says “this won’t be a good fit” walks away and says nothing else. i leave, and thankfully i won’t be working for someone such like that, but i was immediately thrown off by her demeanor. they pay their staff $10 an hour, servers make half of that.. and the restaurant was just about empty. i wouldn’t recommend working here or even eating here for...
