When I was ordering this morning (3/2/23) at the Westerville south state street location the employee was very rude when I asked to have my English muffin double toasted. The employee yelled that it was already toasted and I replied by saying thank you I appreciate that but I would like it double toasted. She ignored my request and I proceeded to order a 20 pack of timbits and asked for chocolate, honey dip and sour cream. I also ordered a cappuccino. When I got to the window what looked to be the manager handed me my food and my egg and cheese English muffin sandwich came completely untoasted. I felt as though this was done because I asked for it to be double toasted and she was very irritated by that request. Also the egg on my sandwich was green and appeared to be spoiled. When I got to school to give my students the timbits I received the wrong assortment. Again, it felt as though the employee did this because she was very upset by my double toasting request. Read moreSo. I go to this Tim hortons all the time and I usually have really good customer service. But today they must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed or something. When I first walked in there no one said hi. I was looking at what I wanted to get (standing off the the side) they asked me was I ready once them I said give me a moment I will let you know when I’m ready and they were rushing me. Then they seen me on the phone talking to someone and they keeped telling me to go down there and put my food. Then I ordered my food and she listened to absolutely nothing I said. I order and French vanilla iced coffee and she give me a black coffee and I told her that’s not what I order. And she wasn’t listening so I put my food in the car and left the drink there and went back in to tell them that I wanted to order and they were literally sitting there talking about me. Read moreLet’s see. I ordered for the very first time here. I needed a quick breakfast sandwich meal. I asked for a bagel with some ham, cheese and bacon. Not only is the bagel super stale, they didn't bother to even heat up the ham. When I went back to the drive-through, and asked if they would heat it up, they said that they don't have a way of doing that, and on top of that didn't even bother to give me a bag for my items. It's just absolutely ridiculous! It was like they got the ham from the refrigerator, put it on the sandwich and said the hell with it! I think the employees need to have a little bit more common sense and making someone's food. If the item is meant to be hot, the common sense says to make it hot or try to at least. The kids look pretty young there. We pay high taxes here for the schools in Ohio, higher than my native state of Colorado. From what I know, most of the taxes go to the school districts. My experience today is not evident that the school systems are providing a decent education, or common sense to say the least! I want a refund for both my food and my taxes!!!! ...
