And I do not eat fast food but I do like their fish Sandwich and my kids like certain items. So I pull up patient I patient. I wait get to the first window. It takes the guy 3 minutes to figure out my change. Go to the second window waiting for my food. Hand me the wrong babe. I said this is the wrong bag. You could tell because I ordered two kids meals with milk and two fish sandwiches with cheese In a large fry. Then I ordered Very simple, the oreo. Mcflurry in the water. Get Home? What do I have? Read moreWouldn't be McDonald's if they didn't mess up an order. Drive through order. Went to the State St. location because the Sunbury Rd. location never has a shake machine functioning, and it's shamrock season!
Ordered a Bacon Smokehouse Crispy sandwich, medium fry (had a coupon for it free via the app), a small shamrock shake, a couple snack wraps, and a small frappe. Declined putting it in a meal...because the fries were going to be free.
Guy at menu rang up a Bacon Smokehouse Quarter Pounder instead of the chicken. I corrected him, and he said "ok" and never changed it... and had the rest of the stuff right, but wasn't understanding the "crispy chicken" part, so I went to the first window and told the girl there I didn't want a quarter pounder, I wanted the chicken.
She proceeds to throw it all in a meal and makes my shake a medium instead of a small (didn't realize until after I paid, she didn't voice the change in size to me). I corrected her about the meal, gave her the coupon for the free fries, and got that ironed out.
Second window, I am told to pull up and wait because "my entire order changed" (I only wanted the crispy chicken different...)
Get my food brought out (no straws of course), and what did I get? The quarter pounder I had already corrected three times. I gave up, and just ate the burger. If they can't get it right after asking 3 times, I wouldn't expect them to the fourth or fifth time either. By this time it was nearly 8pm, I just...
Read moreMcD's Cleveland Ave. Westerville. I NEVER go there, They have a playground which I used a lot for grandkids and the 3 youth soccer teams I coached BUT I had trouble sever times with the lack of policeing in the playground, they allowed older kids to play there without removing their shoes, older being teens, when I brought it to their attention I was made to feel that I was the problem, trying to protect my 2 grandsons, 3&5. It seems unless someone was hurt they couldn't be bothered. I was trying to prevent injury. Theast straw was when a 14 yr.old knocked over my 3yr.old, climbing over him going up the slide the wrong way and stepping on his leg. I sent for the manager, she asked what was going on, when told said "they are just kids and have a right to at too" When their age was mentioned she said" well that aren't all that big" when I insisted she do Something she said I was the problem and I should leave, when I objected she said she was calling the police. I need to explain I am a 60+ grandmother who was with. 3 and 5 year old at the time. I'm the past 2 years I have not returned, ,nor have I taken any of my 3 soccer teams there for diner or after game. Celebrations. While not a fortune, over 2 years this is a substantial dollar loss to you store. There are other places to spend our money. Oh, on the way out, before the police. came another customer told me the family involved were.cousins to the manager?? Your problem, no...
