We started by getting a drink at the bar. Two Pepsi's shot of jack and shot of crown. As we watched felt as though she under poured but no problem. Then we waited to pay. It took almost 10 minutes to get her attention to pay for drinks. She told my wife she forgot and thanked her for being honest. Went out to play putt putt. When we paid the kiosk asks if u want to tip. I personally absolutely Hate it when that pops up. The person behind the counter has done nothing to earn a tip. So why ask? The course is not that easy and has a unique layout. We though it needed places to hold drinks, more trash cans and seating around the course. Now this is because of how busy they were so we did alot of waiting. It was a beautiful night. We had a great time putt putting. Went in to get a bite to eat. Had about a 20 min wait. Finally was seated and ordered a couple of drinks. End up ordering the Hat Trick which is one mini chicken sandwich, one mini BBQ pork sandwich, one mini burger and fries. The chicken tasted good. The BBQ pork also had good flavor. For me needed lil more sauce. The burger was way to small but the bite tasted good. The fries had good flavor. Would order them again. The service was ok. The gentleman was nice. I asked for ketchup when we ordered. Since there was none on the table. Never received. Wife got up and grabbed one from another table.near the end of the meal was asked if wanted more to drink. Which we declined. Then we received the bill. Didn't ask if we were ready if we needed anything else. We had plans to order the cheesecake. Which i know we still could of but he had a cold personality and it didn't set right when he brought the bill. As we were paying since they do this at the table now. He seemed to be in a hurry. As I like to send the receipt to my email. As a whole we had a great time. Even with service lacking. I don't know if it is due to poor training or do to this generation of people. Atmosphere was great! Although it was super busy (went around 7PM on a Friday), service was quick and we were checked in on frequently. The food however was not good. I will see all of the appetizers were great (we got fried pickles, pretzel bites, and nachos). Out of the five of our group, four of us and brought up something about our food. I got the traditional chicken wings and the taste was great, but every single wing was pink. Someone else ate the table for the teriyaki chicken kebabs and it had no teriyaki sauce or seasoning, and their chicken was also pink. someone else got the all American burger done medium. There was quite literally zero seasoning, just a ground beef patty (which I guess is pretty American), and only half of the burger was the medium, the whole left side was still completely pink which didn’t really make sense. It was almost like only half of it was in the grill. The other person got the grilled chicken sandwich and, not be as serious as possible, it was maybe 1cm thick. I wish I had taken a picture, but the sandwich literally tasted like buns and salad because the chicken was so thin. Extremely disappointed with how the food tasted, especially for the price. we left and all good food somewhere else on our own afterward because each of use had eaten maybe a quarter of our meals. I know this seems dramatic, but I only decided to write a review because it was astounding how many of us had an issue with our food outside of just taste. No wait for a table, and not very long for service, but the quality of the service was just a step above terrible. Our waiter who's name I didnt even get but hes the very tall one like 6'3-6'4 guy cant miss him. He was fumbling with his tablet and had to have someone come and help him take the order which is fine but he got half the order wrong. So we wait about 20 minutes for some chicken wings to have the wrong ones come to the table and without the additional sauce we had asked for so they took the wrong wings back. We wait another 15 or so minutes to get the correct wings but still no sight of the extra sauce we asked for twice at this point. And we had asked about the quantity of wings in a small and medium order of traditional wings and they told us 6-7 in a small and "about 10" in a medium. The small had 5 wings and the medium had 8. So all-in-all, waited 35 minutes to get the wrong wings and less wings than expected without the additional sauce that I ordered. Then the check comes and he mistakenly charged me for the sauce we never received so now were on a extra wait to get that sorted out. By the end of it getting 2 orders of wings took over an hour start to finish. For the price they charge, that service is completely unacceptable. Just...
