Grandkids wanted pizza and a movie, I had points for a free pizza so I got them a pizza, Order placed at 8:04pm, at 8:38pm tracker says order was delivered when it wasn't, 8:40pm called the store and they said online tracker was messed up but it was on the way, 9:00pm still no pizza, we literally live 5 min from the store, call store again and now we're told it just came out of the oven and they are waiting on a driver to pick it up yet it was supposed to already be on the way 30 min ago and the tracker says it was delivered. Points taken, no pizza, Grandkids now eating PB&J and Domino's has made Pops look like a liar. Pizza finally showed up at 9:18pm, not happy, clearly because it was a free pizza we didn't matter. Guess we will be going back to Papa John's.
Update: 10/9/20 So after having issues with the Westfield store, I was contacted by Alyece at Domino's on 10/6/20 and I was told we were getting a $25 credit to use at the Westfield store. So I called the store tonight and told them exactly what the email stated and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, I told them to look in their pulse system per the emails instructions under my phone number and even my name, we were told there was no credit and there was nothing they could do. I'm pretty sure he didn't do anything as he didn't even give a name of who he was when he answered the phone and honestly sounded like he didn't care or even wanted to be there. Clearly there is an issue with this store that needs to be addressed. So the Westfield store will remain a 1 star, if I could do 0 that's where it would be.
The Noblesville Domino's on the other hand is getting a 5 star, if I could do 10 they would get it. My wife called the Noblesville Store to see if they could look up the credit in their system and Caitlin explained they couldnt because of it how the pluse system worked BUT, Caitlin went above and beyond and honored the $25 credit for us as long as we did carry out. We will be driving to Noblesville before we EVER use...
Read moreOn Tuesday, 7/30/24 I ordered two pizzas. The order was placed around 7:45pm. The driver shows up around 8:27pm. The driver had one pizza. He said he would be right back with the gluten free pizza. I called the store immediately to let them know. They manager assured me that it would be right out and he would give me a credit. A little after 9:00 pm I call because I still did not have my pizza. This time a lady answers and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was never made and that they were making it right now. She offered me a coupon, and I told her that the manager already gave me a credit. At 9:30 I still do not have my pizza. I call back and they said the driver just left but has two stops before me. The driver finally gets to my house between 9:50. The pizza I ordered had no toppings on it that I ordered. I call a 4th time to tell the manager and he states "I already gave you a credit". I take a bite into the pizza and realize it is not gluten free and become ill. Maybe they had a bad night. But when it comes to getting ill there...
Read moreExtremely fast! (Seriously less than 20 minutes from order to delivered.) For the price, this was not much of a value. I ordered a 14" with Italian sausage, bacon, banana peppers and black olives, extra sauce. There was no extra sauce--if what we got is extra, then I'd hate to see regular. Maybe a total of 10 pieces of sausage on the whole pie and the bacon was barely noticeable. I rarely order Dominoes and this is why. Still MANY years since the last time I ordered dominoes, and this is a different restaurant, and the pizza still hasn't improved. I continue to have the same complaint about Dominoes: For the same price as I paid, I can get the same size and toppings on a pizza from Greeks, but Greeks will load up the pizza with the ingredients. I only ordered Dominoes because they were open late at night. I guess I'll wait another 4-5 years to see if Dominoes is still around to botch...
