Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westfield

Since more than 2 years living in Westfield, I always seem to have problems at this Dublin's Donuts place. According to today report I'm writing about my experiences this morning. I always have problems with this same manager before. I order a 2 Veggies White Bread (that look like a wrap). I end up got two small regular wrap that isn't what I want.

It seem like the other staff who gave me the order didn't understand what I want after I told him this looked too small. I want the one that are bigger than that? He said there's isn't other big size wrap. I then told him, I have been ordered for year and know how the Veggies White (Bread) wrap looks like.

After the situation as he looked at me like he doesn't know how to resolve the problems. I almost walk way from Dublin's Donuts. I came back in to deal with the manager who was the one who got my order. I told her about the wrap sandwich I got were too small etc... She told me there isn't a big size wrap but one time there was one once as special. I told her I have been ordered this same Veggies White Bread for year. See the one on the menu next to what it said Veggies White Etc.. see the difference from the other wrap? See how these two different menu order looked difference? I think she then point out to me that this Veggies White Bread isn't the wrap, do you want that one?

After I finally got the right order, I felt unsatisfied about this place. Because how I remember other time I came here. Same manager I've deal with who often isn't a friendly kind of person who have a attitude. I believe some of the employee had has bad influence from her. To have negative impact of how they should do better in...

I'm confused?? Is this review section for 93 Main Street, WESTFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS or 93 MAIN STREET, WARWICK, NEW YORK? The photos I saw are mixed, and from the Westfield, MA and, Warwick, New York locations, as are the reviews! The "Dunkin" in the profile pic is definitely NOT the Westfield, MA location, but a pic of a receipt I saw IS, and "Maria" IS the manager of the Westfield, MA location, so...? If I search for Dunkin Donuts, Westfield, MA on Google Maps and click on DD (from within the map) this is where it brings me. New York? Hmmm, I'm giving 5-stars because I can't leave 0-stars, and I'm not leaving an actual review until I'm sure which location this is, and I don't want this to effect either of these stores...

I placed my online order 5 minutes before arriving at the store. After waiting 20 minutes and not receiving my order I had to leave because I was going to be late. The whole point or ordering ahead of time online is so you can walk in grab your order and leave to avoid lines if you’re on a time schedule. There were only two people working the place was packed and they simply couldn’t keep up with the walk in orders and online orders. So if this is what you’re dealing with simply turn off your online ordering. This cost me $5 and I ended up having to leave empty handed. Very poor customer service. Staff your store appropriately!!!!! It’s not fair to your staff...
