I understand that a fast food Restaurant can get busy and hectic, But today service was unacceptable. I ordered my food and set it as a curbside pick up roughly 15 minutes before I arrived, I proceeded to wait 20 minutes In one of the parking spots. I honked a few times to make myself known that I was there in case they just werenât paying attention. I decided I had enough and I went inside to discuss the matter with an employee. I Then waited almost another 20 minutes for my food to be handed to me. When I received my food, it was cold, but I had enough of waiting and was not gonna wait another 40 minutes for them to remake it. Having to wait nearly 40 minutes for what supposed to be âfast foodâ Is absolutely out of this world and ridiculous. The manager was extremely disrespectful yelling at the customers telling them they are not allowed to order anymore. She was swearing profusely, announcing she will lock all the doors and shut this place down. Making an entire scene. When I went back to the car after asking where my food is, a young woman came out to give me my food and was crying because of the disrespectful environment! I even witnessed customers ordering, having to wait and then LEAVING! How bad does a facility have to be for individuals to spend money then leave with no refund or food.I have been at this location many times before and almost every time there has been a long wait to get my food, even when it was not busy just like today. I have given this location multiple chances for quality service, and after reading the reviews on this location and my experience here, I will never be coming back here again and I hope this place...

This can be a custom item or a regular item on the menu, the employees routinely make orders incorrectly. The management is beyond rude, if you call to make them aware of a mistake, they are rude, many times refuse to acknowledge the mistake, and then after you explain the mistake a few times, they will begrudgingly say they will "put your name in a book to replace items next time you come in" or you can "come back and we will re make your order. Two problems, 1 - do you trust these rude employees to remake your order? 2 - gas is expensive, why should I have to make 2 trips to get my order right that McDonald's could not get correct.    Read moreSuffice it to say I'm not a huge McDonald's fan, but every so often I stop and get a double cheeseburger but never at the Federal Street location, only the one down off Mohawk Trail. The customer service, prep time, food quality, Etc is day and night between the two. Mohawk Trail McDonald's is so much better than Federal Street. The overall attitude of Mohawk Trail is very positive, hard-working, realistic people, Federal Street they hate their jobs and they let you know it, they take zero pride in their jobs or customer service and let's face it customer service is not what it used to be. I'm 40 years old and myself and probably 80% of most restaurants these days have vastly different definitions of customer service. All-in-all if you are a fan of McDonald's go to the Mohawk Trail one he will have a much better experience and there's a 98% chance your food will be what you ordered.
