We visited this place about a month ago for the first time. We liked the food. Found it a bit expensive, but it tasted really good. We wanted to go back. And so we did. My mother in law doesn't eat a lot, but here she eats perfectly fine and lots of food (nachos). The third time we went was this past Friday 5/3/19. It was a horrible experience. There was a huge line of students, which is fine because I am willing to wait for good food. But when we got to the servers...wow. It was as if they were being chrged for each piece of chicken, guac, tomato, corn, chips. They gave us the most miserable looking nachos I've ever seen. And with an attitude. All the employees was not worried about the customers that was standing there to pick up their food! I just kept seeing new customers coming in instead of them worrying about people that already ordered their food for pick up! Told them about my order twice, and the second time the manager or whoever that was, was pretty rude and didn’t really show sympathy towards the situation! Read moreLike some of the others, I enjoy MOE’s. I’ve had great experiences elsewhere to include at concert venues. That’s not the case here, not this time anyway.
I was out doing errands, my wife said, stop in and get MOE’s. Cool, she try’s to order online, but it won’t work. She calls the restaurant and gives phone order. I get there in 5 minutes, and let them know I’m here. They’re like there was a large online order they’re working on and it will be 25 minutes. Meanwhile, 12 people walk in after me, order and get their food, sit down and eat. I’m dumbfounded. Am I not equally valued as a customer? Isn’t ordering ahead easier for you? I guess not.
